When we picked up the truck, there was a guy sitting in the truck in the car wash parking lot and did not know we were renting it. Then when we dropped it off, one of the carwash guys said I could just give him the key. I didn't feel very comfortable with the whole thing. Then a few days later I got a call (maybe from corporate.) Im not sure why they called. It almost seemed like they lost track of the truck!?!

I got charged $10 for a dolly that I never received yet alone used. And my charges came out to $50 instead of $20 or $30 and that is with a dolly! Horrible.

Leyly MYour location was fine. I had a reservation for two weeks at the Hodgkin location. When I went to pick up the truck was not available. I understand the person didn’t return it on time but they did nothing to inform me ahead of time.

John BWhen we went to check in for the uhaul last night no one was there to give us the key and we were not able to get the truck despite having made a reservation before hand. Please issue us a refund, and we’d like the uhaul $50 guarantee for not having the truck available. When emailed this to the customer service, no one responded. Please respond.

KATHRYN FThis was the second truck I had to buy that day because the first location wasn’t there to give me keys. I had to downgrade to a smaller truck, which meant more miles, more trips, more time, time lost moving, and I had to return the truck to the original store instead of where I was going, then Uber back. In all I spent way more money because I got screwed over on the first location. Even with the $50 credit that was given to me by UHaul, I had to spend more money, and more time.
