They over charged me on miles and gave me the uhaul at 1/4 tank of gas. The uhaul didn't even come with a dollie to help move big furniture. It was just overall a big mess.JUSTIN R.

Don't change the location of someone's booked reservation and make them drive to a farther location. We lost time and money because we had to drive to a farther u-haul location and we weren't reimbursed for the gas/mileage we had to pay extra for. The app barely worked for checking in/check out and was frustrating to use The pickup location said open but the doors were locked so there was no one to helpScott M.

T&M one stop auto you guys were amazing Thank you so much for fixing the errors from Uhaul. But Uhaul its self are horrible you schedule my appt wrong twice and the told me wrong information mind you. I have the emails that you sent with the wrong information as well that would cost me double the money. Thank you jesus that I ask questions or I would have been screwed .But the amazing lady from T&M auto help me fix your mistake. I warn anyone please book your rentals thru the actually rental shops. Staff was rude and had a terrible attitude hours are supposed to be 11-5 but they made it clear they were closing whenever and were closed at 330 when I returned the truckBarbara O.
Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Unable to complete the return online but that was a technical issue with being unable to share the location from my mobile - unsure if it was spotty reception or an issue with the website. This was not the fault of the location - would suggest the website be modified to allow the option of bypassing/skipping location share and completing the return process.Bryan G.
Opened time was at 9:30am. I waited outside until 9:45am for them to arrive. Truck had a tire that had low air. I brought it back for it to be fixed. Halfway through my move the low tire pressure sign went on again. I was out of town therefore could not bring it in to be fixed. I was scared driving the truck under that condition. Lastly, the gas mileage was not calculated correctly. Make sure to take photos! I will be disputing with Uhaul.SABRINA I.

I went to get a uhaul everything went fine by the time I reach the storage place down the road on Raeford road I realized that this is not the right truck so I got back 5 of 10 minutes later and she was gone. I had to sit in the sun in the truck for 1or more to want until she come back. I am not a happy customer. Thanks for my feed back.LARISSA M.
This is my second time getting a truck from this location. The trucks are clean, the check in/out process is quick and easy. I'd recommend them to any friends and if I need a uhaul again, I'd use them. Gracias.Kimberly D.

The only issue I have ( and not a location issue) is the billing. Though all pending ; I currently have the original charge of $107.19 and two charges of $96.46 which ended up being the total cost. That has all my money on that card tied up.LORIANN M.

I arrived at the store, it was closed. I called the number and the lady answered it with â€œyo, what do you wantâ€. The guy inside was helpful and polite. I arrived at my moving location, opened the back of the uhaul, and then the door was stuck and would not close. I tried calling the number and after being on hold for 20 minutes with no answer I returned the uhaul and went to another company. I tried clicking the link to complete the return survey but the link did not work.Kevin B.

When my husband and I went to drop off the Uhaul in the middle of the day ... (when the location was open) nobody was there and no one was answering the phone. There was no sign stating they were gone or when they'd be back. We waited roughly 30-35 minutes out of concern about just wanting to make sure everything was okay with our return and no one returned. Roughly 5-6 other customers also showed up and were waiting much longer than we were for someone to show up, which never happened. We left a voicemail asking for a call back to confirm our return was good to go and never received a call back.DELANEY O.
