I dropped off the truck after hours. So, no problem with the drop off location staff or facilities. The only problem I had was with the uhaul online application/web page not accepting that my location settings were on. I tried using two different iPhones, before and after messing with my location services settings for both, to officially drop off the truck, but the app/web page would no accept that my location services settings were good to go. I had to call the help line to officially drop off the vehicle. The employee I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding, because I could not stay till morning and wait for the site staff to arrive. I needed to drive back to my old home (3.5 hours away in snow) that night. She guided me through the closing out process.Joseph G.
The ladies at T&M were exceptionally helpful! Somehow "traffiic" or the corporate Uhaul office switched my location to Scotty's even though the website told me to go to T&M. The T&M workers called and waited on hold for a while in order to straighten it out and didn't make me stick to the original 9:00 am pickup time because of the delay. Very very helpful!!!!Sarah S.

If you're missing trucks in western Washington, they're all in Moses Lake! They must have 25 trucks sitting there. Only one person working counter and the line stretched out the door. This is during a pandemic. Encourage people to use the app to drop off. That is what I ended up doing.Richard R.

Not necessarily the locations fault more UHaul itself but, Actually have the equipment that someone reserves over a week in advance and not have them drive 2 hours from where you were supposed to pick it up, to pick up the equipment you wanted just to have it not be there and be totally screwed. Had to rent 3 pieces of equipment to get the job done instead of 1. Big hassle, waste of time and money.Jacob S.

I was charged for extra fuel when I made absolute sure I returned my rental with as much gas as there was when I got it.They took forever with the customer in front of me. There was only one young girl running the place.Brittany K.

The back of the truck was very dusty. I had to take a shop-vac and clean it out before I could use you. It was also dusty in the front cab and there was crumbs in the cup holder. It smelt like cigarette smoke in the cab as well.Jessica A.

The owners were not friendly and the young employee behind the desk was not able to operate without oversight from the owner. My initial reservation was changed due to a scheduling issue on the corporate level which led to the owners of this location being rude because it inconvenienced them to help us. It also appeared that the owners or employees live in an RV parked in the parking lot of the uhaul location. The door to the RV was open and trash was visibly falling out. I would not reccomend this location to anyone unless they were forced to use it, as I was. Also with the current COVID 19 restrictions people are required to wear masks indoors, this regulation was not followed or enforced by the owners who walked around mask less. Also we were given no instructions on how to operate the truck or loading ramp, if it was not for a friend who had used uhaul before we would not have known how to properly operate the equipment. Avoid this location at all costs!!Chris P.
Our experience with the customer service was horrible!!! We drove 51 miles, 7 gallons of gas and we're charged for 33 gallons!!!! Even after speaking to the district manager the best we got was a $20 discount. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Will never be using this service again and will make sure everyone I know is aware of how they swindle you!!Kevin C.

Terrible, no, TERRIBLE pickup experience. Partly because of U-Haul's very strange reservation system which cost me 4+ HOURS on a very busy moving day to get a ride and then drive a truck back to my house from a location 3.5 hours away (after reserving a truck at a location a tolerable 1.5 hours away). Then, upon arrival, the staff charged me for insurance without asking whether I wanted it. In reviewing the contract they said, "wait, you said you wanted the insurance, right?" "No thanks." She then spent the next 30-40 minutes with get supervisor and on the phone to figure out how to refund it. More waiting. On a very busy day. 3 and 1/2 hours from my home. Oh, and what happens when you spend 30 to 40 minutes waiting for your refund to go through? The self inspection link they send via text expires. So when I tried to report that the gas was not completely full, I'm unable to finish the self inspection. When I mention this to the staff, they said "Oh, yeah, we can't fix that, but I saw the gas was full when I moved the truck," basically calling me a liar. I didn't want to argue so I just took a picture of the gas gauge showing it 5 gallons short of full and moved on because my wife was already waiting for me and I still had a long drive ahead. I don't have a smart phone so it was a pain to contact you to make sure I was not charged extra for returning it late when it was returned on time!!! I think for people without smart phones its a discrimination issue to not offer another way to contact you. Taking photos etc. would be a pain too even if I had one!!! It use to be very user friendly but not anymore!!!!Kathy S.

Computers weren't working and everything that could go wrong for this poor women did. Through it all she remained friendly and responsive. I felt privileged and spoiled. My experience was nothing less than amazingChristopher H.
They were doing some remodeling and the place looked like a disaster inside. There was some floor molding on the counter and it had nails sticking out and my husband cut himself bad enough to get drops of blood! They didn't even look at it or offer to get a bandaid for him, and I had to ask where there was a bathroom so he could wash it off. Hope he doesn't get tetanus! It took forever to check out the vehicle, which was odd since I had given my info. online to the UHaul company. Then they just said,"It's out there on this side of the building." We went out there and there were many trucks so we had to search a while to find the one with the right number since we didn't know the numbers were on the TOP of the truck. Then the whole thing where you check for damages was a nightmare because there were multiple new marks I wanted to note that needed more than one photo per side of the truck. I did my best to describe where they were. I had my grandson with me and it was really hot and it took way too long. Last month I rented from Penske. Way easier!Nancy H.
