Make sure the equipment is in good shape, add that online reservations requests are met better.

They need to inform you that you are going to a self serve pick up location. I sat on the phone and on the web trying to check in to get the truck. I then called the local rep to where I was finally able to check in and get the truck. He was very nice and help full but the normal U-Haul phone number they could not help or would transfer me to someone else and I got nowhere.

Having to use my phone was a pain and took me 20 minutes. At the end of the day, I could have had the my stuff delivered for the same price, with no hassle or time. Probably won't use the UHAUL pickup truck again.

Location was fine, vehicle very clean. Just don't like the whole online situation, really prefer good old fashioned customer service. Had many issue with phone reception, and account setup. The customer service people in the phone were very helpful but will most likely try to deal with live people the next time.

When I made the reservation I was not told about self service. The location was rude and nasty about self service. I will never use that location again.

I rented a f-150 Truck for a short move-3 beds and total of 39 miles. The truck was a bit dirty on the inside but it didn't bother me at all. Returned the trick after having it less than 2 hours and when I received my final bill found a $25 cleaning charge which I submit was not a valid charge and would like that credited back to my card. Upon arrival and trying to check in it would not let me. My reservation showed expired. After sitting on hold for 30 min to speak to someone I was finally able to start process. Then had to be transferred to customer service. Whole experience sucked.

No improvement necessary! Transaction for car hauler was quick and easy. Dealer was friendly and very helpful!! Will definitely use them again if needed and will recommend them to others.

I wish I had been told (when my reservation was changed to this location) that it would be closed during the time that I was picking up and therefore have no option but to use your DIY app for pickup and drop-off.

I got told that i can drop off the trailer at 11650 Wadsworth Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80020. Upon dropping the trailer off i was told that i wasn't supposed to park the trailer here. The 2 people working for U Haul don't even know what the other one does. Totally unacceptable! Now i am getting charged $254.10 for the trailer to be taken away by someone else to 2152 E I25 Frontage Rd ERIE, CO. 80516? THIS IS INSANE!!!!!
