When I dropped truck off no one was at location. First call no one answered. 2nd call was told to leave keys on desk as he was across the street and wouldn’t be back for 5-10 minutes.

Even though I had signed up for the 24/7 pick up because I knew we wouldn’t get to the place before he closed. When we got there at 6 o’clock I went on my phone to pick up my truck and it said my rental was expired because I hadn’t been there at 4:45. luckily the manager was still there working overtime an hour and we got our truck. I don’t know what we would’ve done if he wasn’t still there something needs to change with the 24/7 system.

Had to drop off at night. No lights whatsoever to help guide us find key box. It would have been nice to know we had to use phone to “check out” and take all types of pictures. Drop off should not have to be this difficult!

Imputing the rental info into the UHaul program by the local agent took much time and required him to call the 800 no. to figure out the problems. It was solved with input from the 800 no. agent who knew of the reason for the problem that existed with the program... unknown to the local agent.

The people at T & M Sales were very friendly. I agreed to pick the Uhaul up early as the business was going to be closed on Friday. I was assured that I would only be charged for one day. Some guy from the corporate office called the next day and I explained everything to him. He was pushy and rude. I was really put off by this call. I was charged for two days of rentals even though they specifically advised me in front of a witness that I would only be charged for one day as I only used the truck for one day. I have disputed the charge and will never use Uhaul again unless this issue is resolved.

Employee who does the rentals was not there at my pickup time. Truck was not ready. I was charged for fuel when i returned it with the same amount as i left with. It took 1 1/2 months for the charges to show up on my account. I was supposed to receive a courtesy discount.

He was a very nice guy and it was a really cool place to stop. However, the truck and trailer were given to us with the trailer lights non-functional. We unfortunately did not realize this until we were all packed up and ready to go. (Not like we would have been able to switch equipment anyway.) My father had to follow close behind me on my two hour move in order to avoid any trouble. This is why I rated T&M average.

My text message as to pickup location was incorrect.Also the online check in came up with a price that was way more than my original quote. Was able to straigh it out over the phone.
