First i was charged a deposit fee during purchased that was not told to me do at the time of purchase. then the truck would barely start. Then i was stranded on the side of the road due to all the tires being bald and low in air and i had to call roadside assistance to get them to change the tire. On top of that when asked how far i told the person at the store i was purchasing the truck from and they were the ones that told me to put 20 miles down and it would be plenty now after returning i had actually went 67 miles so on top of me not getting my deposit back i was charged and addition $5! I will never use U haul again nor will i refer any one else to use them ever !

When I returned the truck, on the app it asked how do I want to pay. I wanted to use a different card than the one on file. They said I would get a phone call in a hour 24 hrs so I can make the payment. Well, this morning I woke up with an overdraft on my account because they used the card that I had on file and I did not receive a phone call so I could make my payment.

Customer service is horrible. Not having a nasty attitude towards the customers, would be a good start. We reserved multiple equipment and they didn't have the appliance dolly we reserved, and we were basically told oh well. To take it a step further, we witnessed the same attitude and nasty customer service to another lady who was picking up the truck. We took our business to a normal uhaul facility and had a great customer service experience and we were told that the majority of reservations from the beauty shop are transferred to their facility, as well as others. I think the biggest issue is that the u-haul is in a beauty supply and wig store. That is extremely tacky and the people that work there have no clue what they are doing when it comes to uhaul rentals, which is expected, since they don't work at uhaul - they work at a beauty shop.

Inside a beauty salon, really? Not professional at all. employee was on phone taking a personal call the whole time, no communication with customer.

Renting and picking the truck up on the website was not an easy process. At drop off I finally went into the store (a beauty store that I did not realize also had U-Haul staff in it), and they were very helpful. I should have just gone through them in the first place. When I picked up the truck it was filthy and the door stuck. Also, there was not furniture dolly as I had requested. I called into Uhaul (again I was not made aware that anyone was inside) , and after waiting for some time, talked to a customer service rep. I explained how dirty the truck was and that the dolly was not there. She saw the picture of the truck and agreed that it was dirty. She said she would make a note of that and that the truck was dirty. When I returned it I noted on the website that the truck was not clean enough for another family to drive because I did not clean up the mess that was already there. I was charged a cleaning fee and for the furniture dolly that was not there. When I Went inside finally they told me they could have handled that but sine I had done it online it was already closed out. The people I dealt with were great, but overall this was not a good experience and I am still waiting to get the cleaning charge and dolly charge reversed.

Got charged for 2 day rental. Rental was from 11 to 11. Asked if they had night drop box. Truck was returned around 8 pm. Never used any equipment.

Isabelle was very nice at check in and out. She answered all my questions and was very pleasant to talk to as well. 5 stars!!

I reserved the truck and 2 furniture dollies with the wheels last Wednesday. When I went to pick up the truck, the lady at the Beauty Supply store said that she only had one dolly. I told her that I reserved 2 dollies so I had to repeatedly ask her for another dolly which just so happen to be hers for her store. It was a huge inconvenience and then there weren't any in the truck so I had to go back into the store and ask her for them. She took her time going to the back of her store to find them. Very rude worker. I would never go back to this u-haul store. Then, to top it off, the worker asked how many miles I was going so I approximated 20. I know it was more miles than that but was estimating. I thought that I would be charged maybe another $10-15 charge but was shocked when I saw the receipt which said $106. She quoted me $58 I think that is very sneaky and hidden charges and am not liking the way that u-haul treats their customers. Not customer oriented at all.

I was wrongfully charged a $55 gas fee, which is ridiculous considering the gas tank was almost empty when I first entered the truck. I am very upset over the matter, and I hope management sees through to dispute this charge.
