There really was no one there. When I called they said they were "away." Luckily it was just a drop off, but the location is not very good in general.

She was still there and took trailer after hours but could not check me out and took my phone number. Still have not heard from her and then I get a call that trailer was not turned in yet.

Original location for pick up was loveland. Changed to berthuad and not notified. Get there had to wait for 5 minutes for woman to come out of house where she was cooking. Then she had to check in the trailer to check it out to me. Then she had no printer ink. Then she had no adapter for my truck. Overall. A shit show from uhaul and it's agents. Great thing is theres never a compensation from you, just a see you again becuase you know theres no other company that provides this service.

The only reason I would say below average is because it was so small, there were no spaces available to park the truck so I ended up leaving it parked in the way of the other trucks. I arrived and left prior to opening so I can't say anything about cleanliness or personnel.

They were out of the office when I arrived but were on location with in a couple minutes when I called their number... friendly great small town ppl!!!

Equipment was filthy. The building was beyond disgusting and should be on the hoarders show. Took almost 2 hour to pick up the dolly because it wasnt ready and other vehicles had to be moved. The owner, female, dismissed all complaints of it being filthy and the that the passenger tire well was bent.

Tried to drop off at 8am on Monday morning....there was no one there, with a water-stained sign to call this phone number....when I called, I get VM.....luckily, I was able to determine this is a 24/7 drop-off location, so I un-hitched my trailer and left it, hoping I would be OK.

We were given a wrong drop off point and it caused us to be late for work. We had specifically requested a certain drop off point and were told that it would be fine by the pick up location, but when we arrived at that drop off location they refused us!!!! The pick up location said we could ignore the wriiten drop off point and go to our requested one! Caused a lot of problems for us!

I returned the truck the next day at approx. 2 PM. The door was locked, no one there. There were trucks all over the place. Did not get a return receipt until 1 week later. I called numerous times, left a message, have not received a call back. Am not sure how anyone rents a truck at that location and would not recommend anyone going there. Think U Haul is loosing business from that location.

This location charged me fuel, showed less on paperwork than my photo of milage and fuel gauge when parked. Was told it would be credited back, as of today no credit.

made 3 calls on the return of the trailer. got no call back then and 24 hours later still NO call back. Took trailer back place was locked up no one there to help me drop trailer ( There also was no jack on the trailer) SO I went next door to another business and there was 2 men that helped me lift up trailer off my truck.

Lots of selection, only place within 30 miles with trailer I needed. It would be better if a person answered the phone instead of getting voicemail so often.

It's a little crowded, hard to move around. Maybe organize outside, sell some things to make more space. Regardless though, I would recommend this location and would use again.

We signed up to do the mobile pick up thing -- worst experience ever! We got stuck on step 1 of 7 because it couldn't confirm our location. We were stuck for 20 minutes until the u haul lady thankfully showed up to check us in. 7 steps for "quick and easy" mobile check in. You've got to be kidding me. Give the CEO of Bird a call. People check into their scooter with one simple step. We already checked in online via a previous 20-step process. User experience for checking in your u haul needs a serious over"haul"

I was told at above location when I picked up the trailer. When I arrived at my destination if I saw a U-Haul location near my destination point I could return the trailer at that location with out having to call the 1-800 # for a drop off location. If I did not see or know of a location near my destination point. I would need to contact the 1-800 # and give them my destination address and they would direct me to the nearest U-Haul location. That was incorrect. I call the 1-800# they asked for my destination address but they did not send me to the nearest U-Haul location to drop off the trailer. A relative that we were staying with and our end destination gave me the nearest address for the U-Haul location. We called that location to see if we could return the trailer there. They said we needed to call the 1-800# back and request approval to return the trailer at there location. In the end were able to return the trailer to the nearest location. That's my only complaint. Should not have had to make three phone calls to get the nearest location for return of trailer.

Took trailer back on Saturday gates open no one around. Called left messages no response. Returned on Monday and told us it was late. Never use again. No receipt back. Can't open email.

No one was there during advertised hours. Day of drop off or day after as well (both work days). Lot was to small, had to drop trailer off and push in. No way to pull thru.

Instead of needing to click on the heading for the mobile app truck pick-up please incorporate a button to click when the customer may complete the truck pick-up process. Debra was able to help me out but it caused frustration at the start of a very long trip.

The place was extremely cluttered in front, making it difficult to get in to the front door, and I wouldn’t have even know it was a U-Haul place had it not been for the trucks in front. but the lady was very friendly.
