This is the second time I have dealt with T&L concerning a U-haul. The man in charge of the Uhaul dealings there is awesome & very easy to work with. The after hours app for returning a truck, I will say, is not particularly user-friendly, but I called the U-haul number and talked with a person after returning the truck after hours on Saturday and I was taken care of without problems. Dealing with T&L for my U-haul needs overall has been a good experience. I would use them again and I recommend them.

I arrived 20 minutes early to my Pick-Up reservation at 3:45, I told the gentleman that I was here to pick up my U-Haul rental. He replied, "good thing your here, we were going to stop doing U-Haul's at 3:30 and you were going to S.O.L."/ Don't be rude and rush the process, this was my first time renting a U-Haul.

One note about this contract - I was supposed to be given 24 furniture blankets by the place in Nebraska where I picked up the trailer; but, I only received 12. The guy brought me to packages and I just assumed there were 12 in each. However, upon opening them I realized there are only 6 in each package.
