Too far from the house

Waited over an hour for this “location”, which the woman ran out of her house, to get the truck connected to the trailer. She had none of the equipment that I had reserved so I had to go to another location to get it. Horrible experience. Made me late to meet my loaders. Would never use again.

Very nice and helpful people. Very narrow entry gate and driveway made it difficult to navigate for a large truck and trailer.

Just make sure the rentals are where they are supposed to be for pick up. It was the reservation part through Uhaul that was an issue. I went to 3 places to get the Uhaul that was supposed to be waiting for me. The people I finally got the Uhaul from was beyond nice and professional, but before getting to them was a hassle.

Located at the end of a dead end road in a subdivision... drove firecer out in the country.. only place to leave tgectruck and trailer was in these oeopke’s front yard... craxy

Agent seemed lazy and confused about the rental process. Even though I opted not to purchase the $15 safemove option, she rushed through the paperwork and signed me up for it, and I was billed for it. She also opted to go ahead and sign paperwork prior to getting the mileage on the truck because she didn’t want to walk outside twice. I was billed for additional mileage on the truck even though the distance from my home to pickup location was 19 miles (that’s a long way), my move distance was 95 miles, and distance from my move destination to my drop off point was approx 10 miles. That’s 124 miles total it I was only allotted 111. I have no idea how anyone came up with that number.
