Truck needed a little interior cleaning. There were no blankets or dollies on board so we had to go to a completely different location to pick them up separately.Craig K.

There was a sign on the door saying that the business had been closed by order of the County Health Department. Do I really need to say anything else about "clean and inviting?" The person who answered the phone was ok, but not nearly as nice as the other U Haul locations I have used in St. Louis, and both of them are less than 5 miles away. After the pick-up ad drop-off this time, I may choose another company in the future.ROBERT H.

The website was incredibly difficult to use and ended up taking more time than the actually rental of the van (being 1 1/2 hours). I was able to call the location I rented the truck from to pick it up but they closed early and was not able to have the same luxury upon return. The over the phone help service had an hour wait and when they called back the line dropped.Justin H.

Picking up a vehicle from this location was 10/10 customer service, but reserving a Uhaul was a nightmare, the worst customer service I've ever received, and reason for me to never use Uhaul again. I received multiple calls less than 12 hours before pickup to be told that Uhaul â€œmight not have a truck for weeks and I shouldn't plan on moving this week.â€ Thankfully a truck ending up being available, but I will never use Uhaul again. The staff at Manchester was amazing though, no complaints about themMarla E.

My experience at this site was awful. There was no one around when I arrived. Nothing was in the vehicle, but the truck bed was unlocked. It took a whole entire hour after my reservation time for the manager to show up with the keys for the truck. I was on hold for half an hour and still no one took my call. Someone finally answered on my friend's phone (all three of us waiting for the truck were on hold with customer service waiting for help). The app also went down and wouldn't load. When I finally got a code to get the key it was an incorrect code (too many letters/numbers for the lock). The lady who helped ended up helping us over the phone was great. She stayed on the line trying to find a new truck for us while we waited to see if the manager would show up. All in all, this was a horrible experience. I have not enjoyed the times I have used Uhaul. I should not have gotten the keys for the truck I was renting a whole hour after my reservation time. Don't reserve at this location!Eric F.

The tenant at the gas station was 16 minutes late. He didn't instruct me on needing to fill up the tank in the morning so I was upset to learn about this after only driving a few miles. He was rude, slow and the place was extremely sketchy for a girl to be picking up a uhaul. Only one of two in the lot. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Most unprofessional experience I've ever had and he questioned my attitude. Honestly, truck was fine, but he was a jerk.Miranda L.

Our tank was not full or 3/4. The employee that helped us in the morning was not wearing a mask even though we have a county mandate still in place. The uhaul company called me in the afternoon after we returned the truck and asked when we would be returning. Did the office never submit? I won't be using that location again.Jesse S.

I was charged for fuel. I left it with more than what it had in it. Plus the mileage was not right. Than i was charged for some on to put fuel in it. I was charged for 26 extra miles. Plus $68.00 for fuel and someone to put it in when i returned it with more fuel than when i got it.RONALD B.
