Charged incorrectly for an extra day when I turned in vehicle the same day. Charged for fuel when I was given U-Haul on empty. Do not rent from this place. Csr did not know what to do. It took him over an hour to process my order and it was still incorrect.

The individual on site told me to contact the owner who told me the trailer number I was receiving and to send a picture of the trailer connected to my truck. Luckily I use trailers a lot and was not a big deal but if I was someone who had no clue about trailers this could definitely be an issue.

Marvin ArmstrongI dropped off around 11. The guy was occupied. Took the key and said I’ll process it when I can. Around 7 pm I noticed I still didn’t have a receipt. Called the location. Went back and forth from U-Haul to the merchant. It was a HOT MESS. Very disappointed with the rental.

Chad WalkerWhen I dropped the trailer off, there was only one individual working who told me he didn’t have the code to check the trailer in and give me my receipt. I had to reach out to the customer service number to get help. They stated they couldn’t complete the trailer drop off and that only the local store could. I am still waiting for verification that the rental has been completed and given a receipt.
Scott PohlerDid not receive service because the 2 gentleman there were working on a car. When I arrived one of them said I had to undo the straps on the tow dolly myself. I wasn't good at positioning the dolly so he suggested I unhook it from the truck and just push it to the spot.

CHRIS LEMLEYTire station worker let me know of procedures clearly and got the Manager on the phone to get my info. Haven't rented a U-haul in years but they made it a smooth transaction. I would recommend this location for an easy rental.
CARL MCLEANThere was no one available at this location for pick up even though I had a reservation. No one tried reaching out or attempted to be there before I arrived. It took calling multiple numbers to get in touch with the owner of the location. I received an explanation as to why there was no one there, but moving days are hard enough as it is. This issue and complication delayed me significantly. The owner at this location was very nice and pleasant; however, the issue was enough to make this move even more stressful and I didn’t meet certain window times.
Antony CalderaMike the owner was rude refused ro give the keys to the truck. I had to call the uhaul customer service twice and he used profanity during the encounter. We was delayed at pick up for almost an hour because he was refusing to give the truck.

IVORY WYNNPicking up the U-Haul took a long time. There were several unsatisfied customers there at the same time. The employee had us write down our credit card number and leave it with him. The reservation should have been paid for online already. Our card is on file. We rent every Saturday. This is our first really bad experience with a U-Hual dealer. The open sign was visible when we returned the truck on 8/27 but no employee was there. We returned the truck on time and left the key in the drop box. We we charged for an extra day. The dealer's voicemail box was full and he did return our text message.
