u-haul or respect the place where I indicate my preference to leave the truck. They sent me to a location that was closed on Sunday and was very inconvenient to access with the truck and trailer. where I indicated my pick up preference at 2201 W Tennessee St it was open and I asked the staff there for help and they refused to help me they were just as hostile as the staff where I picked up 1700 N State Rd. overall the tension of the staff at U-haul was lousy.

They went beyond nice...Hooked up the trailer for us and Lady in Office came back because they were to wait for us because we had our confirmation number..we returned it and no one was there but we put our paper in the door slot and left..and we still had an hour to go..Thanks

The lady at the drop off location on Norman Drive in Tallahassee led me to believe that if I dropped the trailer off there, that it would a $25 charge for alternate location, she then said you don't have to wait for your receipt, BIG MISTAKE. I left and got a charge for $467.16. I immediately called her back and informed her of the charges and she said, "You'll have to call the 800 number, I'm already gone." It wasn't even closing time yet. I called the UHaul 800 number multiple times, spoke to multiple people after being on hold from 11 to 45 minutes each time with no resolution. I was also told that a regional manager would be giving me a call. Still waiting for that call. AVOID renting from here if possible, do yourself a favor anf go with anyone else, you'll save yourself lots of money and wasted time.

Homeless sleeping in the parking lot and sidewalk, very scare at night to return a vehicle. Other everything is good.

Facility was locked up nobody was there. They didn't answer phone. I had to drop off trailer without any proof other than my photos and a phone conversation with corporate office. TERRIBLE
