The vendor at the location was great, but the reservation process is ridiculously difficult, and i regret using Uhaul at all for this.

Manager was very friendly and helpful with directions.

Facility was locked up nobody was there. They didn't answer phone. I had to drop off trailer without any proof other than my photos and a phone conversation with corporate office. TERRIBLE
Mr. Philpart's professional but friendly way of doing business would be hard to improve on. Overall I look forward to doing more business with this agency.
