Candace DCommunication is key. A rental that went from $29.67 to a whopping $54.67 for 20 minutes. If my drop off time states 9 pm, why would I be charged a $20.00 fee for an after hour drop off. I will NEVER rent from this dirty rundown location again. A serious rip off to a potential valuable customer.
Elizabeth HI rented an auto trailer the two straps would not work on a small Audi I had to go out and get tie down straps so I could get car home straps on trailer were worn out and should have been replaced.

The lady at the front desk was Unprofessional with my my rental process that I had rented 24 hours supposedly another customer was trying to request the same U-Haul that I acquired. I already acquired so The lady called my and said that she was going to call the law and have the U-Haul stolen even though our 24 hours was not yet completed.

Steve CAfter returning the trailer in the lot I was told to place it. I received a call asking if I could come back to move the AUTO TRANSPORT because it was blocking a shared neighbors box truck. Then I was charged a $20 because “it was not parked back in the exact spot I pulled it from and she was alone and could not move it herself”. This was not explained to me when picking the trailer up at all or in any instructions or policy when paying.

DAVID FThe place is not much for looks but they have a real winner in the manager. Hope was outstanding, very accommodating and helpful. We made a couple of changes between the original reservation and the drive-away day and she handled them all with aplomb. She made several great suggestions to help us as well. Great job Hope!

I had to call the district manager for help because the lady left wouldn’t let me get the truck I reserved online very horrible service and bad customer service

Anthony HNo one was at location. Called number on door ten times for 30 minutes before was able to reach someone who told me to just unhook and leave the trailer and they would check the trailer in the next day.

Stephen PThe pads and dollies I order were not there, and that was a HUGE problem for me! They were removed from my order, but I was MAD. No one was at the location, and I did the transaction online and via phone. FRUSTRATING!

Elizubeth WTruck reserved was not what we ordered.. wanted a 15foot truck. The sales team was amazing and very helpful, at the location, however representative were miss leading on the phone making the reservation. We were told 15 foot truck and would carry 4 passengers, truck ended up being at 20 foot and only 3 passengers. Lucky we called the day before, not good at all!

Tamika AThe truck wasn't ready for checkout and we had to wait 35 minutes before we could check it out. The owner said he called several times that morning to inform me but I never received any calls. The workers were not very helpful. I ordered a dolly and did not receive one.
