Obviously the gas station is the priority. I was there over a half hour to pick up the truck and then it was stuck in the sand. Even the person working there couldn't get it out. I was then given a truck that had another 40,00 miles on it and didn't seem to run quite so smoothly.TARA D.

The self-service pick-up and drop-off is terrible. Also, I had reserved the truck at another location and got a call that morning that I had to go to another location. No one needs that extra crap when they are trying to move. Would highly consider another service the next time I need a rental truck.danielle W.

Reservation made weeks in advance got canceled 30 mins after my scheduled pick up time. Ended up with a smaller vehicle with less miles in my contract, an hour and a half after scheduled. Was hours late for the move and couldn't fit everything I needed. Would not use uhaul 24/7 again.Scott W.

The Wareham, MA pick up took some time but the man that helped was very friendly and took the time to make sure the pickup process was as smooth as it could be. They were not ready for me to pickup. It sounds as if U-Haul had over booked as there was another lady there that had been waiting for awhile for her pickup. The process was 3 star but the man helping was 5 star.CARY H.

The location and staff onsite were terrific. UHaul's online - mobile phone based automated pick-up system is simply AWFUL. It took me over an hour once I was onsite to leave with the truck and the rental was only completed because the onsite staff took over the process with the district manager. While the customer service rep on the phone did her best to be helpful, we never figured out what was wrong with my online reservation. The entire process was so frustrating - I will do my best to find another truck rental service for future rentals.Karl F.
On my contract it said to call a phone number when I arrived when I dialed that phone number the person didn't know what I was talking about I had to return the vehicle via the app and then was told I had to pay extra for one extra mile the funny part about that is I wanted to return it to Falmouth but they gave me a discount to take it there and then charge me extraDaniel O.

The location did not have a place to park the truck. There was a paper sign that said find street parking. Which is truly impossible with a 15 foot truck in Brooklyn. Took me nearly 2 hours, couldn't find a spot. Terrible locationZACHARY K.

It's probably suitable for daytime but I would not not recommend for after dark drop offs. There's no lighting at the location and taking a photo of where the vehicles is parked is pointless since nothing can be seenThomas C.

My experience says the system and service are just fine. If you have any phone savvy reservations are simple. Truck was very clean and in good condition.Maurice P.
