The lot where the trucks are parked at is nothing but mud. The hours for the store was posted as being open but they were closed. I called the number and they sent me to voicemail. I would highly recommend you guys move your stuff from that location. Nothing but muck and mud.

The location was not The Tackle Box in New Lexington. It was Wild Willies at 6 Mile Turn. It was by far the best u haul experience I have had yet. The people and equipment were excellent.

I was given a trailer that had no break lights or turn signals. There was a short in the rear tail light that blew a fuse in my suv. his comment “I've seen worse” I drove from New Lexington to Athens on the way to Cleveland I stopped a 2 Uhaul dealers trying to fix the problem adding 3 and a half hours to my trip. I will never rent from Uhaul again. My safety was at risk the whole time.

Was to PU unit at 10:30 AM. No one there and would not PU phone. Let several more message. Finally at 4:00 PM Individual called and apologized, etc. I wasted a lot of time and disrupted lives of individuals that came to help me. Lady was nice yet this was a tremendous burden to me.

This wasn't my original pick up location. Called to let them know I was running behind and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. No one was there when I arrived to pick up the trailer. Had to call customer service to get a response. Location had 3 different telephone numbers for contact. The only way to get the number that I actually reached someone was by calling customer service. The other two numbers went to voicemail. All of the delays added two hours total to my drive.

I used the self service pick up option, but my location was changed for the location I had chosen to the Tacklebox location. When I got there my phone had absolutely no service, as it's in a dead area of my town, but there was no wifi available at the location either, so I was not able to follow the online pickup steps. This is a known dead area for almost all cell phone providers, so there should be accessible wifi at this location if it's supposed to be a self service pick up location.

The shop was not open when I arrived for my confirmed pick up time and I had to call uhaul for help. I waited about a half an hour before calling hoping someone would show up. Luckily the field manager came quickly and I was on my way. This location is unreliable.

Well it started off with having to drive over an hour out of my way to get it and it was out in the middle of no where Then your rep told me the place would be open all day and it want had to drive 15 minutes down the road to get cell service to call the number on the business to get someone there The guy at the place I got it from was very nice But as far as your company I'll never use you guys again

Although I would still recommend this location to a friend simply because of convenience, the rental operations are out of a very small low-income food store that was in need of repair. Granted it has nothing to do with the U-Haul or the services I was provided, it was aesthetically unappealing for U-Haul customers. The customer service I received, both in person and via phone with U-Haul at the location (the person helping me let me speak to a U-Haul rep to finalize my reservation) was absolutely wonderful. The person I dealt with in person in the store (Ms. Taylor) was a pleasure. In addition to the 10' truck that I rented, I also rented 20 furniture pads that were clearly stated on the receipt, but were not with the truck. I had to go to a nearby U-Haul store to pick up those items.
