Having the place open and staffed at scheduled pick up times. Explaining the extra fees they will charge you. Explaining that they are trying to make this a contact pickup and drop-off spot and you must download the app. Explaining even though you receive the truck with no gas and put gas in it, even more than what it stated with that they will still try to charge you fuel. The whole experience was absolutely horrible.
