I got charged $10 for a dolly that I never received yet alone used. And my charges came out to $50 instead of $20 or $30 and that is with a dolly! Horrible.

Leyly MARBANYour location was fine. I had a reservation for two weeks at the Hodgkin location. When I went to pick up the truck was not available. I understand the person didn’t return it on time but they did nothing to inform me ahead of time.

Please issue us a refund, and we’d like the uhaul $50 guarantee for not having the truck available. When emailed this to the customer service, no one responded. Please respond.

KATHRYN FANCHERThis was the second truck I had to buy that day because the first location wasn’t there to give me keys. I had to downgrade to a smaller truck, which meant more miles, more trips, more time, time lost moving, and I had to return the truck to the original store instead of where I was going, then Uber back. In all I spent way more money because I got screwed over on the first location. Even with the $50 credit that was given to me by UHaul, I had to spend more money, and more time.
