T Bar T Farm Supply representative did a great job getting me set up with the trailer. I arrived early and she got me on the road in a timely fashion and resulted in me getting down to Central Texas and completed earlier in the day yesterday!

MICHAEL BMust not have preventative maintenance at this U-Haul location. The ratchets on the tire tie down straps need attention. One of them was very. difficult to operate and the other side would not release the strap when I was trying to take vehicle off the dolly. Finally after several attempts it released

Myesha USo many problems with this location. 1. The guy had no idea what he was doing, and even said so. After 10+ attempts at using several of our debit and credit cards, he finally was able to make it work. 2. He was rude the whole time. 3. He was no help with telling us what we had to do to actually get the rental after we paid (as far as downloading the app, checking out the condition, etc). 4. He refused to let us pick a drop-off location, and told us we would just have to call the drop-off location when we got there to set that up because he didn't know how. This became a problem as all locations nearby were closed when we got there. 5. The uhaul was dirty and had all kinds of unmarked damage prior to us getting it. 6. We were charged for 100+ miles that we didn't need or use. I want a refund.

Tonya HI had reserved one unit but the dealer could not meet me a the scheduled pick up due to a family emergency. I then was moved over to another dealership that got me the truck and made the transaction workable.
Greg DThe place was supposed to ooen at 8:30am and was not open. We arrived at 8:45am along with other store customers. Uhaul representatives were awesome in assisting us on what to do to turn in the truck so we didnt have to sit and wait around for someone to show up. We wanted to drop the truck off in Scurry, TX but it wasn't on the list (guessing it was a new rental location) since we were in scurry.

Samuel aThe location in Kaufman is fine. They get the job done. What sucks is Uhaul the company! They charged me $185 for two extra days and an incorrect dropoff that was based on an inaccurate address their employee entered on my order. Utter waste of my time to make them correct their mistakes. They refunded the money, but the energy I had to put into it is cruel and unusual punishment on their part. Uhaul as a company is not customer friendly. They've lost the humanity in what they do. Somebody please start a competitor that cares about people.

William HTruck was great. Vendor renting me the truck was great: Friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The rental PROCESS was abysmal. Due to the U-Haul software, it took us a full HOUR to get me checked out. Software is non-intuitive, confusing for the user, and has misleading error messages, to name a few. Several users seemed to be aware of these shortcomings. I like U-Haul as a company, but your software reflects badly on you.

Joseph DTook a week to check the truck in. I called him the day I dropped off the truck and he called me back telling me I had the wrong location. A week later he checked the truck in and he still charged me double.

THOMAS WThe trailer I rented was hitched right on my truck and the trailer came on done in the middle of the highway load. Glad there was an official U-Haul rental store next to where the trailer came in done help me out and a life savers. I could not be more grateful for the Jim miller U-Haul place in Dallas for helping me out. Kaufman U-Haul needs more training because I could have lost my life with this mistake
Abel STell the truth first and far most about equipment and location of where equipment is! Have all adapters on hand that is required for the rental equipment.

julie si got $20 dlls charge for dropping off, because according to somebody on the phone the place does not take equipment when they are not open, I took it the day i was supposed to, i never was told i was getting that charge. Very disappointing.
