There were no personnel. This location was not open during the hours posted on the website and on the rental agreement and no notice to me. As a result of no staff at location I was required to return vehicle remotely. Difficult to find and poor/no signage.

The self service vehicle pickup was tedious and took a long time to complete. I had to call in as the lock combination code was not provided thru the app checkout. I will never use a non staffed uhaul location.

this was a great location with great service. Vehicle was nice and available and the service once again was friendly and efficient. Lot of trust and respect from the location which isn’t common for U-Haul dealers. Definitely my go to location going forward even when they are out of the way

Only concern that the truck is quite old. The mile and km reading on the dashboard is quite confusing. The service in the store is excellent.

The online experience was horrible. The app was not very intuitive. You had to keep clicking documents before you can complete the order, but it was not intuitive. The lock wasn’t working well. I had to keep jiggling it to finally get it working. Cut my thumb in the process of doing it. Not a great experience at all.

I enrolled in the car share 24/7 pickup option only to find out that it was a horrible experience. - the app didn’t allow me to get the key - called helpline to find out I needed to be verified - after getting verified… they released the code - opened the lockbox to find it is empty - called helpline and they told me to wait till the store is open - owner eventually showed up and gave me keys Ended up spending 45 minutes in the cold trying to get keys while calling for help.

The is a bug on the return page in the U-haul App. When I choose start return , I am not easy to find I should close the current page and then follow the steps.

Didn't get the furniture pads that I had reserved online. Got a different key to the truck than what was on the reservation. Opening the lock box to get the key wasn't easy either.

Hamid went out if his way to ensure our rental process was easy without any issues. This was our first Uhaul rental and the reviews for this location were very positive which I have to totally agree so would recommend to all.

Booked weeks in advance and NONE of the equipment that I reserved was in the truck. There was a word lock on the back of the truck upon retrieval that was covered in grease. Customer service was no help at all. When I returned the truck I notice that the office was full of dollies that they could've given me, they just neglected to put them in the truck before hand. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location.

If possible, please try to see if you can put in a ticket with the main company at uhaul and ssk them to address the app issue. If its onky my phone which sees this then nevermind. Thank you for the excellent service at your location.

Hamid is such an amazing person!! He exudes professionalism, kindness, courtesy and empathy. I am 200% satisfied with the EXCELLENT customer service, knowledgeable, friendly and fast service I received at this location. No other U-haul location compares to this one. Hamid goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are fully satisfied. I recommend the U-haul at 151 Bentley to everyone!! AWESOME experience. The trailer I had was in bad shape. The tires had worn areas and did not run smoothly! I was worried they were going to blow! Need replacing immediately

This is the first U Haul place that not only has excellent service but also had the truck available on the day of my move. I have used a few in the passed and Ive had a bad experience . BUT this U Haul location was AMAZING

Not enough room to park a truck. Easy to hit another truck/van parked there if there is not someone else to guide you out of parking. Uhal needs to do better in terms of making sure the truck reserved 50 days prior to move date that the size is available. If not to be compensate fairly to make up for it. Not offer $0.10 off the millage as this would not cover the expenses of having to rent another truck or pay for gas.

Overall excellent service and experience. The van could have been cleaner. Doesn’t look like it was cleaned after the last use. I would use this location again.
