Improved signage at the location would have made the office easier to find. When entering from Symon's Valley Rd the first office you find ISN'T the right one, even though it's labelled as an office of this rental company. You have to drive over to the North side of the lot to find the "right" office.Derek T.

Still waiting pleaee for my reservation $50 guaranteed refund They all lost my May 31st 26'foot truck reservations. Lost many hours of moving my brother in law Richard Pierce has to go back multiple times to hawkwood location to make a new reservation and get truck keys. I had to call your direct traffic dispatch line multiple times since this location has poor response/information/availability. Given wrong information about costs. Ie charges in miles and increased rates for weekends that I was not informed of. MOst likely would not have needed second truck if done correctly the first time. Thanks Jenna 403-483-2361Jenna L.

We had originally reserved one at a different location, upon arrival they said there was a "computer glitch" and it was not available. Person at this location was not helpful at all. Symons Valley location was much better to work with.Tracy B.
It's a good idea to check your phone/email message from Uhaul once you're in the rental vehicle before you leave the lot. It's regarding the condition of the vehicle prior to rental.RETA S.

Marked the gas wrong. I returned it in Edmonton 50 street and worst location. Apparently off by 1/16th and charged me 11 bucks. Will never rent from you guys ever again and would not recommend it.Riaz A.
Your mobile check in needs some work. 1) Tell people in the reservation confirmation that they should do the veification (passport, personal reference, lease) at time of booking, as that is not clear in the messages. 2) Kind of useless to use mobile checkin when I still have to wait in line to get the keys. The idea behind mobile checkin should be to get you in/out quickly.... I had to wait 15 min in line to get the keys. 3) Return was fast, however that is because no one was in line. I did a mobile checkin/out so that I didn't need to deal with waiting in line. SO you need to figure out how to get a customer a key without them waiting.Ed M.

The person who worked at the Symon valley location was rude. My reservation was canceled by the location, probably by the same person who worked there the same day that I booked but I was not informed and he pretended that there is an issue with the website and I have to call and book a new truck. He was not helpful and he gave me the phone number that was on the website to book a new truck. He blamed everything on the website. He even accused me of being violent with him!KAMYAR A.

I was charged more than I was quoted when I booked the reservation and the customer service agent was rude and not helpful at all. We ended up paying about $50 more than what was quoted but I can't even find the original quoted amount anymore as it has changed in your system to just show what I was charged.Patricia M.

The staff at the location was friendly, helpful and efficient. The bad news is that the trailer we were provided with turned out to have a set of bald, unsafe tires on at least two of the four tires. One of the tires delaminated and the tread completely flew off the rim into the path of the approaching traffic behind us on a busy freeway. The trailer was loaded with compost at the time, but not overweight. We had to wait for roadside assistance for two hours but they were very fast and efficient. Your telephone customer representative, Deyonda was very helpful and checked back with us at least twice to make sure things were being dealt with. Thanks so much to her.EWEN M.

It took 2 hours to get through the collection process after booking on-line. To add insult to injury, because I then returned the van slightly late (although well before midnight i.e. same day) I was charged for 2 hire periods. I also filled up the van with fuel & got charged for fuel. Terrible. terrible experience.Martin G.

Apparently there was a $17 charge that I was never told about nor called about, even though they said I was all clear to go with NO extra charges after I dropped off the truck. Now this $17 charge was sent into collections!!!! And has affected my credit rating only a short time after I was supposedly invoice??? Terrible customer service and lack of care. Don't tell someone there are NO charges owing then bill them after the fact!! Plus, send to collections?? So terrible.MARCIA G.

U-Haul basically OK. It works and is helpful. I use U-Haul fairly often and try to keep away from this location. It is a very convenient location but everytime I rent here there is always something. Like yesterday I took the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. I took a picture. I had the vehicle for around 20 miles, filled the truck, at the rental location. Which appears to be a rental condition. Showed them the picture of the tank over 1/4 but they wanted me to back the truck out and put in another litre or 2. Crazy. They are crazy, it is always something like this just aggravating customer for nothing. I understand a small business has tight margins, I run a small business but playing this stupidity only drives customers awayBruce J.
No one from Uhaul came out to inspect the trailer therefore a cursory inspection was done by the driver, Ryan Brownlee. When we arrived at our destination with the trailer and started to load it i noticed that the one tire was flat. Had to unload, go get air in the tire and go back to destination to start loading again. When it was reported it to the Uhaul representative he did not want to have anything to do with it and hung up. He was very unprofessional and not courteous at all. This was not a very good experience at this location.Ryan B.

The product was disappointing. I rented 6ft wide open trailer with the ramp. I needed 6ft width to bring my garden tractor. The entrance of the trailer was less than the 6ft, which was disappointing. What is the point of 6ft width if the entrance is smaller than that??? Uhaul should discontinue this product and bring a better product to achieve 6ft width. I wish they reimburse my money.Asad N.
