Easy and simple drop off.

No one there upon dropoff. No instructions were given. Therefore no who really knew if I returned on time, nor where I should put it. Then I received an mail that says I did not return it on time, probably because no one was there on Saturday at 2 pm to register it as a return. Instructions should be given, and if an office is closed you should not send out emails regarding it until they reopen.

My reservation was at 11.30 AM. I had to wait until 11.45 to get the car. I was in a rush and could not reach my destination on time. Are you reimbursing 50?

I had problems with with the mobile pick up. It was not working. The gentleman at the pick up spot was super nice and understanding. Great pick up once he started helping me and drop off was easy.

Access to the key was not as straight forward as I thought. In the past when I accepted the option to Skip the counter person in favor of using the mobile app ...I was directed to and provided a code to open a locked box to retrieve the vehicle's key. At this Uhaul location, which initially appears to be void of any humans, that option was not available. But eventually a person did appear in one of the nearby building windows to direct me to an office area of helpful people who kindly provided me the key.

I only dropped off the truck at this location on off hours. Not the most convenient area to pick up or drop off due to all the road work being done. Should be much improved once road work is completed.

Perhaps this person was already having a proverbial 'bad day' by 9am on my drop-off day, but the truth remains that she was basically rude & brusque, scoring zeros on Welcoming, Listening, Attentiveness, or Helpfulness. It was made plain by her whole attitude that me dropping-off at that location was an irritating inconvenience for her.

I got in the uhual with 60+ miles on it but I was to thrown off by waiting for someone talking to his friend and the dents and random lock on the back to focus on the mileage and I had already left before I realized. Now I was charged extra for the mileage. I was highly unsatisfied and would make sure people specifically don’t go to that location!

Cow farm. Rude people. There are no signs to drop off the uhaul. People wouldn't even talk to me...just pointed and gestured. This is a poor representation of uhaul, which is showing signs of being a poor company itself.

lady threatened to call the cops on me saying I tried to scam her saying my credit card didn't work. what a joke this place is.no one knows about the equipment that uhaul rents there.tried calling to rent truck it took over 4 hours for someone to call me back.they didn't know how to check me in when arriving.i have the ladies voicemail she left me threatening to call police on me .I will never use this location again. wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

After putting gas in n getting charged ! Ridiculous!! I d recommend another u haul location. Seems like no one knows what there doing cause only one person was working when I returned the truck. I made sure the gas level was the same as when I took the truck but they freakin charged me any way

This drop off was different. I was not able to find a person. I ended up calling the 800 number and the person on the phone walked me through the drop of through the internet and drop of key box. Maybe have it noted on contract to be prepared to do the drop off this way. It was easy once I went through it.

if you live near Troy, ok, but if you live in Albany it's not really convenient, a little too out of the way.

The drop cite staff were easy to work with and access to the location was easy. I liked that I didn’t have to fight traffic to drop off the trailer.

They couldn't be nicer! Hooked up the trailer SO well--it barely made any noise at all! That is not my usual experience with U-Haul--cannot say enough about how pleasant this made my trip.

There was a face mask left in the passanger side door and thats not ideal. I've picked up uhauls at plenty of other places, like I'm pretty laid back but it took almost a half hour just to get me on my way. Hope they don't charge me the late fee for not returning it before they closed at 6pm because I went super out of my way to make sure it was very well cleaned. Also only time i've been charged an "environmental fee" not sure what thats about. Overall was just barely a sub average time.

Since my move was from Renssaler to Albany and I had to take a $25 uber ride just to get to this completely obscure out of the way location I’m frankly rather irritated with Uhaul. The operator of the location had a what I can only describe as an indifferent bordering negative attitude toward my customer service experience let alone Uhaul. The truck was $155 when I thought it was $85. There is also the dolly $7 and furniture pads $10 but with tax is far away from $155. What’s with the fees ? Environmental fee? For what? Nickel and diming and misrepresented cost is poor customer service and may prompt my reporting this further. I also find it ridiculous that you blatantly advertise local moves for $19.99?! Explain that one. The moving help showed up and immediately bailed on me and the only other help I had. Total bullshit. I cancelled them through the online portal and expect a full refund! As far as the uber ride and extra fees good customer service would be to provide concessions for this extreme inconvenience on an already stressful day.

The woman did not check me out in a timely matter and seemed confused with the software. I believe they do not do the uHaul fulltime as it was another company where the office was located. It was very frustrating as I had a schedule to keep and the delay in checking out and getting the vehicle caused a backup in my day.

The whole experience was negative. The 5 x 8 trailer I went it was supposed to be picked up at the menands location. I got a text saying it was in half moon which didn’t work for me. They then arranged for a larger trailer at the Troy location. Got there- no one was there. When the woman arrived she didn’t know how to hook it up. The costs were significantly different than I agreed to so I will be taking that up with either haul or my credit card company. Hope I don’t need to use U-haul again. The invoice mess was not because of Sycaway.
