Nothing, the service was above standard, and very much appreciated.The customer service from the young man, was above and beyond.

Uhaul could’ve been cleaner. It needed to be swept out. There was a lot of dirt and debris and a couple of empty toilet paper rolls left in it from prior usage. Customer service was ok though. Person that dealt with uhaul wasn’t around but easily took care of my rental over the phone and was very pleasant.

For the last five years I have been doing one way trips of 1000 kms Price was under $200. This week I rented the usual equipment and was astounded to be charged 5x the previous price. Costing $1000!! I will attempt to challenge this. If no success. No Uhaul. May as well buy.

The Wawa location is limited.. by its location, but I was amazed and pleasantly surprised by a phone call on a Sunday from uhaul keep our promises.. couldn't have asked for better service

I booked a 26ft truck for my mom 16 days in advance. Uhaul did not call the day before (as stated in the agreement) then when I called to confirm the truck was ready I was told the day before i was moving to a new city that the truck had been in the shop for repairs for over a month. If the truck is not available do not accept a reservation thats common sense. I was then told i would get $50 off the rental if o drove 2.5hrs to another town to pick up a 26ft that was available. In the end I was stuck with a 5x8 enclosed trailer. I could not fit half of my stuff in it and required me to drive back and forth between the new and old city. This was by far the worst service i have ever used and will never use it again. I will also be sharing my experiences with every and anyone who is considering your business. You should be ashamed to offer such terrible service.

the ladies who work there are new and are still learning how to use the computer. That being said, they were slow but did an awesome job. Very friendly and accommodating.

The Wawa location staff are rude non helpful puts uhaul down ( said comments like they uhaul are stupid it’s a shit company ) The mananger at that location did nothing to help me . I had to be on the phone with the call in centre for a total 74 minutes in a two day span to get the truck contract . The people at the call centre where amazing nice to talk to got the contract to me by email and had us on our way I would go with uhaul again no problem but would never go to the people in Wawa unless it was a new manger she really made us fell we where a huge inconvenience to her that day

The customer service I received well doing business with this company absolutely sucked. I received no help what so ever. No one could answer any of my simple questions, I was lied to about pricing and fees, I was billed on my credit card for fees that I did not authorize and was not given any explanation as to why or what these fees were for. I talked with several different people at customer service over several days and felt staff was improperly trained, did not listen to any of my concerns nor could anyone answer any questions I had. They kept asking me who I talked to before. I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the whole experience. It will be the last time I ever rent anything from you people again. I will inform all my friends and, family of the extremely poor service I recived from U-Haul.

THRE WERE TWO OILY BLANETS IN THE TRUCK AND SOME OIL ON THE FLOOR WHICH HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED UP BUT DID NOT CAUSE ANY TROUBLE.

I'm not sure the young girl knew what to do. She did fill out the paperwork correctly. she was very nice. My only concern is that she never came to look at the trailer. Everything was good and I cleaned it before I bring it back.

Eric at your Wawa location was more than excellent. The woman who also works there is rather abrupt to say the least and I think that she enjoys keeping people wondering if they will get what they booked or not.
