Very nice guy. But the store is a one room shack with no accessories. He didnt even know the trailer he rented me didnt have a safety chain on it and never looked at the lights on trailer to see if they worked. The other trailer he had on the lot was still hooked to a box truck and he didnt want to separate the 2.Nick C.
The owner was rude and he sets his own hours. I called Uhaul and they said I could pickup my rental early and that Sweetwater Farm Repair is open until 4pm daily. My son and I got there at 1:27pm and he said the close at noon. I asked if he could open so I could pick up the rental and he said no. This totally was wrong which prevented us from leaving early on Friday and caused us a 3 hour delay in Atlanta since we left so late. No happy with the Sweatwater locationMike H.

I called the location numerous times concerning the drop off. I left several messages and never received a call back. I also called during the office hours three times. The calls were not picked up. I had to park the truck in a very small grass lot. There was worry about the truck getting stuck in the wet grass but everything went well. The lot was very small for so many big trucks.Anthony H.
If it had not been for this dealer you would have lost the rental, corporate sucks when they told me my gmc 3500 diesel couldn't pull your little 6x12 trailer when my trucks pulls my 22,000 toy hauler, corporate needs to hire people who have enough brains to know what a real truck is. Manager was super helpful and friendly. He worked with us since we were coordinating with friends to pick up our trailer for the afternoon and made it extremely easy for us to wait around to get the trailer and then later that afternoon return it. The computer system didn't inform him of our reservation, but he was fantastic to still work with us so that we could get some appliances moved with ease.Kasey H.

So i had reserved online and when i arrived at my pickup time the attendant said that all of the 6 x 12s were already reserved. He said this is a regular problem with Uhaul because they do not have an inventory of available units from the independent dealers. Fortunately he made a call to one of his reservations and arraigned for that person to pick theirs up at a different location. It seems to me that if you are going to offer online reservations Uhaul should know what was available and what wasn't at any dealer. Seems that their is room for improvement, if this dealer wasn't able to rearrange his reservations i would have been without a trailer that i needed.James O.
I cleaned it well, swept it out well and even the front cab and she charged me for a cleaning fee AFTER I left. I think that's very underhanded and wrong, because I have no recourse when it's automatically charged to my card and I know for a fact the truck was cleaned well. Very disappointed in this. I didn't see this email until now and wanted to complain about this incident back when it happened, so I'm glad I found this in my old emails.SHERRIE C.

The office was filthy. The uhaul associate there could not answer any on my questions, when I would ask him something his response was, "I just punch the numbers in". I pointed out how disgusting the uhaul truck was (I have pictures), and he told me that they only clean them every 40,000 miles. I had to disinfect it myself...the tow dolly there was not compatible with my car even though the website said otherwise. I asked for a car carrier so I could be on my way, and he did not give it to me. He told me that it was reserved even though when I spoke with someone over the phone about it, they told me that it did not have a reservation. I little shady right? This happened at around 930 am. Him not giving me car carrier caused me to be behind schedule by a day. Terrible customer service, I am never renting from uhaul again, and I will share my terrible experience with everyone I know.Nestor R.

I went to pick of a truck for my mother who cannot drive big vehicles. Her reservation number was 89535203 and was told he had no resevation for her. So I rented the vehicle myself, she had reserved a 10' truck for 19.99 but he said it was waiting on someone else so I had to pay 39.99 for a bigger truck. He said he would discount it to 29.99 but did not. I have no idea whos fault it is he didn't have the reservation but I will be leaving a review on hers as well.Jayson J.

The driveway was narrow and hard to navigate, the office was a storage shed with a credit card swiper. The high system on the trailer failed me on the road 3- yes 3, that's three times, and caused multiple broken items inside and added well over 6 hours to my trip as i had to keep pulling over and repairing the hitch and replacing ball hitches. Thank god! The chains held!!!Allen E.
