I think the UHaul mobile app needs an update. I had a really hard time during my rental return . The app just wouldn't upload any photos , in the end I had to use the mobile version of the u haul website to upload the photos instead of using the app.Akshaya A.

I had to park my car on the lot, there was a lot of private parking signs but no designated parking areas for uhaul costumers. Maybe add a sign? I was nervous that I would be towed given that I picked up the truck after business hours and return the ruck after business hours.Yasmina A.
Everything was perfectly fine but one thing that really bothered me was being charged $25 for not folding up a few blankets back in bag. Would've been nice to be told by reception instead of being told that the instructions were on the bag after I was billed which I had no clue!Tadeusz L.
The website took FOREVER to upload my license that I got tired and closed the screen. Then it had to be taken digitally at the location. If you're going to have me upload stuff, at least maybe say how big the file should be. But it was only a pdf.DARRYLM F.

Given COVID-19, I would have expected a clean interior. It was dusty, grimy, dirty. Owner could have also better communicated online drop off procedure. Overall easy process and close to gas station, which is a plus for dropoff!ELVIRA P.

I was charged an additional 70km on the rental. When I called the location the day I received the receipt via email to dispute it, they said they would get back to me and until now, I haven't heard back. Poor customer service and they may cheat you by charging additional km's if you're not paying attention.HANI S.

Truck was a little bit older than others I have rented but it was in good shape and ran well. Pick up and drop off procedure are wonderful; took less than 5 minutes to pick up and less to drop off. All done via an on-line app.Chris B.

This is the ONLY place I've rented a U-Haul from where I was actually happy afterwards. No issues with the van, no issues with the service, no issues with the reservation. Just no issues (which is an absolute first with U-Haul). The only thing I would suggest (which has to do with U-Haul rather than this location) is actually getting some sort of receipt or confirmation of the final charges. I didn't receive anything that said "transaction complete....here's how much we're charging your credit card".Chandra C.

Today I rented 2 times, one cube van in Morning, returned, had lunch and again needed smaller cargo van. Paid twice for the day and also paid twice for Insurance. I think it's not fair to charge twice, and learned my lesson. SORRY TO SAY, BUT WITH SUCH BAD POLICY, AND WASTING SIMAR TIME, AS IF I AM A NEW CUSTOMER, AND NEED TO DO ALL STEPS ALL OVER AGAIN, ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO APPRECIATION. NO CHOICE SHOULD NOT COST EXTRA UNNECESSARY AND APPRECIATE ANY REFUND WHICH MAY CAN ALLOW TO RETHINK. FORGET ABOUT RECOMMENDATIONS.NANDKUMARLAXMAN P.

The representative should inform clients properly about returning vehicles after hours. I was just asked to drop the key and rest will be taken care of. Only later did I realize that there is a convenience fee of $20 if someone else checks out tomorrow. This is certainly not good especially for those who are first time users like me. It just erodes trust because of selfishness of some middle manVedant S.

Your online check in is the worst system...Uhauls central call team were of no help and spent an hour on the phone. Your frontline customer service rep was more interested in getting me off the phone instead of helping. Three different customer service reps later and an hour of my time. The only saving grace was the gentleman at Sweet Wheelz.Helen H.
Tree branches near east side fence (aside 5th Line) have grown into the lot a lot, making parking slightly risky of scratching vehicles, especially U-Haul ones due to their height. Some cutting would be useful.Loli Z.

I had to wait for truck as pad lock was frozen Truck was not cleaned inside, coffee stains and dusty. With this Covid 19 virus you would think they would have clean and sanitized the inside front cab but they obviously didn't ! They are putting people at risk! Other issue only a 1/4 tank when I picked up.Daniel N.
I got the Truck on rental just for 4 hours on Saturday. Shop was closing at 12:00 PM. While renting i was not told/provided instruction about extract charge of returning truck after business hours. When i got the final bill, they charged $22 extra just because i returned the truck after shop closing. When i am trying to reach-out to them by email or phone there's no response.
