I had requested and was billed for a dolly and furniture blankets, neither were included. The wrong mileage on the truck was entered into the system, resulting in my being charged for 90 unused miles. It was listed in the system as 42,105, but it was actually 42,194.7 in the truck. I took a picture of it for my records after my app malfunctioned after I got the keys out of the lock box. The truck was dirty, and had cigarette ashes on the steering wheel.

Paul FGreat service for rental of motorcycle trailer. When I wanted to extend a day, I just called and it was done.
Rhoda WVery friendly staff who even helped me hook onto the trailer. The trailer was very well built and ran very smoothly even with a car on it. However, the Uhaul booking site was down for several hours. Even while at the rental centre they could not release the trailer until it was booked on the site. I was very frustrated with Uhaul and went home. Eventually the rental centre got the go ahead to take my personal info and release the trailer to me. The booking site was down for at least 5hrs. This is unacceptable to me in this day and age. Otherwise, I strongly recommend this trailer and the staff at Sussex Rent All.

remo dThe trailer was dirty and had items from the last renter inside when I opened it up. The trailer had two tires that were unevenly worn and by the time I got to Ontario they were dangerous and illegal. I made it clear at the time of picking the trailer up that I was not sure where and when I would drop the trailer off but it wouldn’t be at my original drop off location in Saskatchewan. I was told that the full amount was being “held back” on my credit card but that the payment would be adjusted and applied when and where I dropped the trailer off. This was not the case. When I called to change the drop off to Oro-Medonte Ontario I was told the full payment had been taken when I picked the trailer up and that the amount could not be adjusted. The trailer was in an illegal and unsafe co diction when I dropped it off and would never have got me to Ontario in any case. I have opened a complaint as I will be seeking to be reimbursed for the days I did not have the trailer and also to complain about the state of the tires by the time I’d driven to Ontario. I have photos of time of pickup and time of arrival. The person who handed over the trailer told me he had “kicked the tires and they were fine”. Appalling experience and I will never use or recommend UHaul again.

Cynthia CIssue with odometer being in kilometers and app trying to register in miles had me returning vehicle and it trying to bill me 40000 miles, instead of 77. Stressed out about fighting that, hope I don't need to. Long wait dropping it off as drop off location only had one employee able to do returns. Please work on systems and having more staff available, the lady that did the return seemed like a one person army as it is but she deserves better support.
