Did not include the appliance Dolly or furniture pads I requested and never responded to my questions and concerns about it. Returned the truck and told them it was useless without the dolly and still got charged. Will never use this location again. Wasted my one off day with the runaround nonsense. Avoid.

Derrick TurnerIt was relatively smooth experience to use the mobile app. I used mobile pick-up and drop-off. Representatives were very helpful both by phone and live chat. My only gripe was that the Dashboard of the app would randomly draw black page and I would have to restart the process of checking-in and mobile return. Hopefully, this could be fixed with a future app update.

JaBria StodghillWaaaay too many hoops to jump through to rent a u haul!!! You need a real live, flesh & blood human being to handle renting a vehicle. The dolly I requested was NOT there… The back of the van was NOT locked… We will NOT do business with u haul again…
Betty WatkinsThis was the absolute worst. We were scheduled to pick up our truck at 8 and when we got there business was closed. This location was literally the worst part of town. Long story short, took us TWO hours to get the truck. I have filed a complaint with UHaul. Holding for a refund. It was the worst.
