We picked up the uhaul they said it had 1/8 of a tank of gas and that's how it was to be returned. Well we about ran out of gas as we got a few blocks away. We turned it in with 1/4 tank. Got charged and additional 41.24 because it didn't have enough gas. Be clear people do you just want us to fill it up for free with these outrageous gas prices! Will not rent from uhaul again.

Vehicle was old and dinged up a lot. All issues were marked. However, it functioned as needed.

Terri B.I made a reservation weeks a ago for a truck and 3 furniture dolly's and 1 cargo dolly at a U-Haul location close to my house to move a piano on a 1-way from Jacksonville FL to Birmingham AL. The morning of the move my pick up location was changed to a location over 10 miles from my house and when contacted the new pick up site did not have enough dollys to move the piano. Chris at the pick up site did a great job but he could not find any dollys near by. I called several locations and the 800 number and scheduling and go no help in locating dollies which I thought I reserved weeks ago. I was instructed to keep calling around Jax. Since this change and lack of equipment occurred the day of my move I had no choice but to spend $250 additional dollars to buy follies from Lowe's. I am deeply disappointed in the lack of customer service, and the additional unplanned time and expense. I feel it is only fair that U-haul issue a billing credit.
