This location is mobile pickup only, with supposedly 24/7 support but I had a glitch with returning the vehicle and was not notified until more than a day later. I returned the truck on time, went through the entire online check list and completed the return but something went wrong and it didn’t reflect that I had returned the vehicle. This location waited more than 24 hours to contact me and notify me that the return did not get completed. They then charged me an additional day rental fee for their lack of action and accountability.

Craig Van LaninghamCashier wouldn’t let me get keys without taking a picture of my ID on his cell phone even though I checked in via mobile and scanned my ID on the uhaul portal. Car had a heavy smell of smoke. Car was filthy- lots of sticky substance on the controls, steering wheel, and cup holders, and dog hair everywhere. The storage portion also had a bunch of debris. Disgusting.
Alan AlexanderWe were redirected to this site at the last minute. Very confusing pick up process. Also requested a furniture dolly and pads, but they were not in the truck. Made our move more difficult as a result.
Brian AraxThe location tool has not worked for me twice now and there is no work around on Uhaul's website. My location services are on and allowing Uhaul to access but still no luck, which means I have to call/go into the location to check out the vehicle.
Laura TemmingPick up location was a disaster. It wasn’t at a uhaul but got a call the day before to pick up at a liquor store. Not professional and had no idea what was going on….. super bad experience. I will not be using Uhaul again and I will be telling my friends not to use it.
Hailey MeansThe pickup and drop off was great. Only grievance is that the uhaul gas tank was not full when I picked it up, but when I dropped it off they charged me to fill the entire tank. Emailed this complaint and received no reply

ANTHONY MCKIBBENIt was a little confusing about where to get the key and I didn’t have anyone who went over the truck with me and confirmed mileage, gas etc before I took the truck. However, it was pretty seamless and easy besides that!
