Not a thing. It was a pleasant experience.
Marjorie ECharged me for 2 gallons of gas unnecessarily. It’s a digital meter so it’s not as perfectly accurate as an analog one. There’s no 3/8th tick mark so it’s not accurate. Again, poor service.

Edwin AI was told that I could drop the dolly to any Uhaul location in Spring City, TN. I tried to drop it off at one location 10 minutes from my home. The representative was rude and very unprofessional. So I dropped the dolly off at the drop off location on my slip in Pikesville, 1 hour from my home. Please call me if you would like more information on your rude representative.

Jessie DNo one was available for drop off even though the truck was dropped off during their stated hours of operation. The geo-location wasn’t working in the app so I just had to trust that I had done everything correctly and drop the key in the drop box.

He also told me to leave it anyway, wasn’t doing that and getting screwed then told me to take it a mile down the road. The guy at sure guard though was beyond excellent!
