The vehicle was not that clean. The passenger's seat and the rear cabin had dirt and debris from previous users. Otherwise, the online method of picking up and returning the vehicle went smoothly.

Fahmi Tobajiwhen I filled fuel up after driving 17 miles, it required 19.33 liters. I dont think the fuel was topped off by previous user, even though it showed full. If it was then there is a serious issue with the engine.

Mina GebraielThe floor mat in the cargo area is not hard enough, and when loading a heavy box with wheels, it presses the mat, and the wheels are between the body channel beams and making it hard to move the loads in the cargo area, so it would be better to use hard flooring in The cargo area.
Mohammad NasirzadehThere's no office, no signage, no instructions at location. Had to ring doorbell of business unit who happened to know the manager of location (probably because it happens often). Parking lot signage with instructions or even a phone number would be very useful.
Brian BajohrCustomer service was impressive for contactless pickup. Someone called me 30min before my pickup to walk me through the process. Vehicle was clean and ready to go. Drop off process was very easy.

Simon KurzumLocation was changed at last moment and nobody informed that the new location is operated virtually and what should be the process to follow. Dolly was reserved and confirmed before but denied comfortably at last moment. Why would someone rent a uhaul if it’s not for movement and then how can you be so comfortable saying no for a dolly at last moment? Representative I talked to for this location was deeply unprofessional and used rough language and was careless about customer needs. Overall not trustworthy. Avoid this location to avoid last minute hassle before your movement.
JitendraNath KunduThe gas gauge image shown in the contract wasn't accurate. It showed 7/8 full, but van actually had less. I didn't read the contract until it was time to put in gas, I had taken a photo of the gas gauge when I got vehicle so knew actual reading. But felt compelled to put in enough gas to get close to the diagram shown or feared I would be billed for it.

MARJUK SHAREEFI was given no information about the afyer hours pickup box. I just got lucky found it and phoned for help to get the truck. I returned the truck 2 days early and got no discount on the rental. Not happy with that. You need truck tires on the vehicle. Has no traction in snow. Hard driving. Its an accident waiting to happen. One day someone is going to get hurt. I disagree on the fuel level when i returned the truck. Take another look at the photos. Thx Gary

Sagarmeet SinghWill never rent from Uhaul again. Change my reservation and location to a smaller truck 1 hour away. Pickup location was abandoned during listed hours of operation and had to wait in the rain more than 20 minutes to reach someone by phone to help. Truck smelled of old cigarettes. Also charged me more than quoted for a smaller truck. I should have gotten a credit not pay more for a smaller truck and the inconvenience of driving across town to pick it up

Matthew MoraIt’s a cargo van so it’s not expected to be sparkling clean, but it was a lot dirtier than it should have been. The mobile check-in was very convenient. The only issue is the picture of the lock box with the key was inaccurate and made it hard to find. The roof was badly damaged and the pictures shown to me did not match. Everything else was good. I would rent from here again. I had made a reservation at a different location at first and after checking in, I had to get a key from inside the office, but it was closed. I then noticed the van had a flat tire. I called in and after waiting 15 minutes on hold I was given the reservation at this location. It was close by and all was good after that. Thank you!
MARTIN ARNDTIt was very bad experience with the management of returns. I had to return my truck to Mississauga, Ontario and take a ride back to my home in Montreal, QC. There was not one at the drop off location to assist or there was no clear instructions at the location or on the application. My email address was put wrong on the contract and I had some French language contract print outs. I had nothing to do than call customer service. This look me more than 2 hours and missed my ride back to home which was very important and it cost me for a loss of more than $300. I am really upset with this incident and mismanagement of U-Haul.
