My only issue with this pickup was when I asked how to hook this up, I was not told about the safety chains. And a strap came loose on the first leg of our journey and the next day we needed roadside assistance and he mentioned the chains. I had no idea those were a thing. Would have been nice to have that extra assurance the car was loaded safely from the beginning.

Dale DavidThe location was great. My issue is with the horrible website/app. I had ordered an appliance dolly to move a freezer. When I picked up the truck the guy told me he doesn't have any appliance dolly's. No worries, we went to the website, called a representative to reserve a dolly at another location 4 miles away. While on the phone we asked her to make sure they had a dolly in stock before we drove all the way over there, she assured us they had one. We drive over there and there are no appliance dolly's in the store. He said they haven't had one in weeks. So we wasted over and hour of our time due to inaccurate information on the website/app and from an actual person on the phone. You need to do better U-Haul.

Dale DavidI was an hour late for contactless pickup. Contactless pickup wouldn’t connect. The blankets were not in the truck. the truck was dirty in the cab, and smelled so bad with cigarette smoke it burned my nose! I cleaned the cab 7 times before departing on my trip and I could still smell the smoke. I had to put an open box of baking soda in the cab and sprinkle carpet fresh throughout the cab. There was a soda cup behind the seat, cup holders were dirty and had drips of dried liquid down the center on both sides and the doors.

The mirror would not stay in position made for hazardous driving end up using a piece of rope to hold it in place. In addition the cab leaked when it rain came in on seatbelt harness both sides of cab seals need to be inspected and replaced
