Dale D.I was an hour late for contactless pickup. Contactless pickup wouldn't connect. The blankets were not in the truck. the truck was dirty in the cab, and smelled so bad with cigarette smoke it burned my nose! I cleaned the cab 7 times before departing on my trip and I could still smell the smoke. I had to put an open box of baking soda in the cab and sprinkle carpet fresh throughout the cab. There was a soda cup behind the seat, cup holders were dirty and had drips of dried liquid down the center on both sides and the doors.

The mirror would not stay in position made for hazardous driving end up using a piece of rope to hold it in place. In addition the cab leaked when it rain came in on seatbelt harness both sides of cab seals need to be inspected and replaced

Michael W.Made reservation online to this location and when I went to pickup they had no vehicles. I was then given a phone number for traffic Dept and had to make my own arrangements.

stephen S.I called several times no pick up the number is a text free number smh the ac didn't work i stayed on hold with customer care for almost 1 hour and 30 min for someone too pick up and hang up then charge me 200 for one day !!! i am n will dispute transaction with my bank first thing in the morning !!!!

I arrived at the location to pick up my 20 foot truck after having received a confirmation email and a follow-up email and there was no truck and the business was closed. UHaul could not accommodate me with any size truck. I ended up at renting this 12x6' trailer.
Andrew B.One, make sure the price that is agreed to on the phone is reflected in the contract upon arrival to pickup the truck. Second, do not wait until the day before scheduled pickup to inform customer that initial site doesn't have what is requested nor at the time of a request. Thirdly, make sure communications, documentation and promised follow through occurs so customer isn't placed in an uncomfortable position.

Nathan B.Don't force customer to use app. I did not like uploading a picture of my driver's license on the app. I did not request this pickup method. I called the store and the guy said he had an emergency and had to leave. He said they don't know what method the customer has chosen. He said I elected a 24 he rental. That I didn't. When I was completing the transaction is showed that I had a 6 hour rental as I had requested. Disappointed with Uhaul. I am glad there are other choices
Edward H.I was not happy with the fact I made a reservation for a closer location and was changed within a couple days if moving date to somewhere else for pick up ...not convenient or good customer service on uhauls part....if I chose a location and was able to reserve the equipment should be at that location
