I went to this location to use my $50 credit with Uhaul. The store hours show that they are open at 9am and there was no one there till 9:30. We had movers meeting us at 10, so I had to leave. I paid FULL PRICE for something I didn't have to because someone decided not to show up to work on time.
Tyler CThe Uhaul representative came late and could not easily find the office. The representative didn't assist with placing the auto transport onto the truck and proceeded to laugh in my face when I asked him to assist knowing that this service was included in my reservation. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

REGINALD LThe check in process was long and took away time from my rental. Someone should warn customers that check in can take 15 minutes.
Lisa LThe guy was rude unorganized and very unprofessional arrived late our pickup time was at 9:00am and did not arrive until 9:30. Did not help instal the trailer to our hitch we were told we had to do it ourselves. If we wanted his help there was an extra charge for instalation. He did not do a proper inspection and because of this the trailer was not properly secured and almost fell off once we began driving.

ROSIE DMake the lot more printable and more lighted up the parking lot is a little dark and scary go go in the dark . But besides that we did not have any problems

YVONNE BFirst off I rented a truck in Indiana that you claim broke down so you took to me to illinois to get a truck adding more miles to my bill . Then you office was closed and i had to do all this phone app stuff that took forever and the truck is parked in an abandon lot with broke down cars and a dumpster that has trash everywhere it was not a safe place.

Kevin RThe operators of this location seem to operate this as a hobby or 'side business'. The entire building was locked and unoccupied at the time I was scheduled to pick up the van. The operator called me an said he was on the way, but arrived 20 minutes late. The facilities seemed to be an afterthought and were very uninviting. I would never rent from this location again.
Erroll SWhen customers request special equipment please make sure that it's available and in the van or truck to make there move a little easier. If the equipment is not available then someone should contact there customer to let them know and not charge them.

Olugbenga OThis location charged me an additional $28.98 on 3/14/2022 after charging me a total $125.38 upon return on 3/12/2022 , I also brought to the attention to the the individual whom I presume to be the owner/manager that there wasn't a gas cap on the cargo van I rented which resulted in the poor gas mileage and he replied no way and laughed, at the start of the rental I noticed there was a check engine indicator on and he said don't worry about it its been like that. I discovered the gas cap was missing at the gas station to bring the fuel level back to contract agreement.

Coraneita FWhen someone selects to pick up at 6 am via mobile have them be able too. I was told I had to wait until they open at 9 due to a error. After a 1 hour and a half I was able to get another uhaul at another location. The lady originally did not want to give me more time and we went back and forth quite a bit. Finally she said I would get a 50 dollar credit and could have the truck more hours. Just a horrible experience.
Steven RI have a issue with the odometer mileage being inaccurate in what seems like an effort to scam extra money from customers. I'm still confused as to how a 360 mile round trip show up to 500 miles.

Ivan TThe entire experience with Uhaul has been horrible. I requested a location near my house to pick up the truck. However, I received a location 45 minutes from house. Customer service said that I should have received a call the day before, which I never did. I had to get a 10 ft truck instead of 15. I still had furniture in my apartment after. The moving crew showed up 3 hours late. Which I understand because they had a flat tire. But that really set me behind. I then dropped my truck off at the Sibley location. I asked the guy there if I needed to do anything before checking out. He said no. The next day I received a call that my truck was late. Now I was charged an additional $70 for a truck I dropped off two hours before the time I was allowed.
