This location and staff was excellent. It's U Haul Service that needs improvement. This is the second time in 60 days i have reserved a truck with U Haul and the equipment, pick up time nor location was available. What is the purpose of a reservation. I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone myself Saturday morning finding the equipment I needed at a close location. Fortunately the staff here was great and made up for the aggravation with your customer service people.KATHERINE W.

Upon arriving at 1:45 PM Nobody was present at uhaul office. Only one guy working in the shop next door. He told me I needed to wait a half hour for the "boss" to get there. I was unable to do so as I needed to get back to work. Again this is 1:45 in the day! I used the Drop box/ checked the fuel level and left. This is what ive always done at each locationCory K.

This is the worst place to rent anything from poor service no customer service at all in the vehicle was disgusting I took videos and pictures in which I plan to upload every single outlet that I can everyone needs to know what happen with this rental not to mention I drove 20 miles and was charge for at least 100 miles I really don't understand itWhat should've been about a $35-$40 rental at the most turned into two something they're literally going to make my account go overdrawn because of this and I can't even straighten any of it out please till Monday totally sucks don't trust U-Haul at least this storeJudy L.

Uhaul confirmed to me a different address. I was there but no truck and the administrator (third party) didnt know where my truck was. I had to call UHAUL and finally found out that they changed my pick up location, Poor service, as they should have let me know in advance.PABLO S.
