Luis MejiaExcellent service from the clerk at the location. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I recommend this person and this site for their prompt service, clean and legally functionable trailer. The bad news.....is that the UHAUL website is the worst in the world. If the UHAUL location is closed and one wishes to drop off a rented trailer, there is no way to enter the compound, no way on the website to click on something or to post a "delivered" message, etc. I called the "nights and weekend" number and while the clerk there was friendly and helpful, I was still forced to abandon the trailer on the outside of the compound. I called the city police and they promised to do driveby checks on the trucks and trailer left outside the compound but what worried me is that no where on the UHAUL website could I post information that I had delivered the trailer to their site. TERRIBLE. On the website there should be a question asked of the person who rented the trailer. For example; "is the trailer returned to the compound site of where you rented it from at location xxxx Smith street, Fresno, 'state'?". Please consult the software developer of the UHAUL website and improve this terrible site. Thanks.
