Dollies and blankets that were ordered were not supplied, without warning. Had to spend several hours talking to national folks and making a special trip to pick up elsewhere. There is no one physically present at this location â€" just a sign in the window with a phone number to call.

The actual cargo area for the UHAUL was locked upon receiving the truck. This was a significant inconvenience in time and gas. We had to double back only to be redirected to a local UHAUL center to get the trailer unlocked. I will probably rent a Budget or Penske Truck next time.
Christopher B.Worst experience ever. My pick up was scheduled for 7am and I didn't receive until 9am. I asked for additional blankets that I was charged for and did not receive. I was quoted a rate of $165 and my total came out to be $248. Today I woke up to see an additional $83 dollars which I had no idea for what. I just spoke with a customer service rep and she said I was charged for two days with all the hassle I dealt with initially. The U-Haul location by superior barbershop needs some serious improvement. I was hoping for the experience to be fast and easy and it was surely not. Overall I got the my truck late without all the items I requested and got charged for an extra day for no reason. Sounds like a terrible day if you ask me.
