This was the worst experience. First off, I was unable to do the check-in with my phone, so I had to go into the store and check in with the clerk. Well, I declined the insurance when I reserved the U-Haul as well as when I checked in however when I noticed my final statement, I seen the clerk still charged me for the insurance. That was an extra $30 that I did not have!!! Secondly, the truck was so dirty inside of the trailer that all of my furniture is now stained and has black smut all over it. So much for having a nice clean white couch. Third, the truck needs some serious maintenance. I had to cross a bridge and at one point thought the thing was going to drive into the wall of the bridge. It was so hard to steer the truck and was all over the road. You guys need to do some serious suspension work on your equipment. I will NEVER use U-Haul again. This was a horrible experience.

This comment is not for this location, it is for UHaul's policy in general. I showed up about 30 minutes early to pick up my rental, and UHaul's software tried to charge me for ANOTHER WHOLE DAY!!! It also tried to rent me a dolly that I EXPLICITLY removed from the rental page when I submitted the rental online. This was not explained anywhere until I called UHaul to complain. UHaul's registration and check-in software will try to rip you off. ALWAYS verify EXACTLY what you are being charged for and for how long.

The truck only had gas for 43 miles. We put gas in and still were charged 33.00 for mileage and gas

When we received the truck, there was less than a quarter tank of gas in it. I had to gas it up before I even left the parking lot

Trying to return my trailer via the website was a nightmare and was very frustrating. I finally saw someone sweeping up the parking lot so I asked him for help. He told me to just drop the trailer and go, such a relief!

Maybe just a one time thing but the truck was not clean inside and it was on empty of fuel. I did get a 32.50 fuel credit. The folks that manage the business were excellent and extremely kind. I would do business with them again.

Excellent customer service! Despite the store being busy with "regular" customers, both pickup and drop-off were quick, easy and professionally handled. This is now my "go-to" dealer when I need a trailer. Thanks!

They wasted 2 hr of my time was there to pick up at 530 and didn't leave till 730 made me late for work and I lost the job so I didn't even use the dolly so I brought it back the next morning and then they changed my reservation from 530 to 730 and put safe move on it when I said I didn't want it I think I should get a full refund which I was charged 150 for some reason and it should have only been less than 50 I have been a value customer for years but with this experience it has made me think to go with a different company

The tire on the trailer blew out when I made it into Louisiana and the service guy had horrible customer service. The uhaul representative was very pleasant and gave us an extra day because it took the service guy two to three hours to get to us . We had been up over 28 hours without sleep and I was extremely exhausted.

I told to hook the trailer up by myself. I have a back back and made several attorney and was in successful. Found out when I got back and the trailer was loaded the trailer wasn’t properly hooked to the ball. We had to unloads the trail and support it with brick. With several attempts we got it hooked up correctly. The lock was stuck on the inside.

When I finally arrived at the location I walked inside The gentleman was very nice and very helpful he pulled out his handheld computer and poured my information out of his computer immediately he was very very helpful it was just aggravating that they did not answer their phone and I thought the place was closed and I was gonna be charged another day

Despite having only 8,100 miles on the truck, it was not in good shape. At 65 miles/hour it shook so badly, I was afraid to drive it over 60 mph (NOT good on interstate). Gas was not at 1/2 tank as contract stated and despite returning at same level, I was charged additional $5.00 to get it to half tank. I was sent to Chickasaw to pick up the truck when a U-Haul center in Mobile had SEVERAL 10' trucks and was 20 miles closer to me.

I asked for a receipt and didn’t get one. I was told that it would come to my email it never did. I was changed $155.00 that seemed hi for a toe dolly. I still don’t have a receipt

Closest drop-off location. Not the closest one that dont have as many . In my instance I was supposed to drop off at a spot 26miles from my home . There is a large uhaul store 5 miles away from my home. Thank you though . Service was great at both locations

Not let crooks rent u hauls to workin people.he charged me 100 dollars for 2hrs 45 miles i paid 99 cents a mile and he made me put more gas in it than when i picked it up. I will never use u haul again

Appreciate having a customer's business for one. The other is the equipment drove so terribly it was hard to control but i just dealt with it cause i wasnt driving far but for 620$ i am kinda upset cause that was alot for a truck that drove like a broken tank in a desert on a back road..

The day after I picked up the trailer I was woke up to a phone call from the guy working at that location and he 1st put me on the phome with a previous customer and then gave at least my phone number to that previous customer.....i called uhaul customer service immediately an am now waiting on the field manager
