When I went to pick up my rental that was reserved,my truck was not present at location. I was then sent to another location 30 minutes away. This could have easily been prevented by a simple phone call to me letting me know I needed to go to other location. I had movers scheduled to meet me, and ended up having to pay them for an hour of their time that I was running around trying to find my reserved uhaul. I will definitely NEVER be using uhaul again!Nicole H.

I asked for the pick up location closest to the El Paso airport. This was a mini-mart in a residential area. Getting onto the road was difficult. There was a U-Haul store on the main road from the airport with full service and easy access. The windshield wipers needed replacing and were split (close to coming off) The personnel at the pick up were kind and as efficient as they could be where they seldom dealt with this activity.Susan M.

I felt rushed. I was not told I would be paying for gas. They only told me Id pay for the rental and $.99 a mile. I also was rushed to leave. They did not do a fi al walk with me. And when J called to pick up my drill and drill bits and drill charger that was in side of passanger door , they did not do a final walk before handing it to the next person. first the attitude of the cashier and check well that their trucks really have a full tank. I used one of her trucks for only 10 miles and I put 25 dollars of gas on her when I returned it and the cashier was very rude when she told her what happened.EDGAR O.

Cashier very unprepared . My order was moved from the vista del sol location to Yarbrough . Times were not correct and I requested an appliance dolly which was not marked when they transferred the event . The cashier seems like she didn't know what she was doing . Clark did not know how to complete reservation and pick up took over 30 mins. Additionally clerk did not know which truck was Available and applicable to pick up. Truck was also dirty and odorous as if it had not been cleaned since last use.Lani S.

I got charged double. The u haul was not swept, a pipe was found in the front seat, the truck was given to us at a quarter tank. Overall we will not ever rent out a u haul at this location again.Alexia H.

Nikkie was very sympathetic to me during my initial reservation. Thank you. It seemed that everytime she began my reservation, customers walked in. She was Great in handling us all. Dropped off auto transport. Person at counter came and took picture of serial number and said that was all I needed. I asked for some proof that I did drop it there. He said I would get an e-mail, he could not give me anything in writing or even give me his name. Well I waited well over 1/2 hour and no e-mail. So I did the drop off my self (like store was closed) thru the internet, it never told me that it was done already so I continued. Got an e-mailed receipt for drop off in less that 5 minutes. Not the best place I have ever dropped stuff off at. Won't go there again!!Juan G.

comment is about manager at store on Montana where original reservation was done, he was less than helpful I asked to help me find a trailer closer to my side of town "east side" he said he couldn't cuz my trailer was at Dyer store. he said I would have to call around cuz he's trailer at the store was reserved for Saturday so I couldn't have it. so we left with no trailer and no help from this guy. found this store on Yarbrough made a call to traffic and xfer my info to that store got my trailer very disappointed with service at Montana this guy couldn't wait to get us off the store loosing money I was there to pay for a one way rental and he would not help us what is he doing there?.torres J.

The pick up location was great! In the other end the drop off location was not as great! They just took the keys from me and said "ok you're good". I ask for a receipt or proof of drop off and they told me "no you're ok, will notify you by email". So we supposed to just take their word for it??.
