Cashier very unprepared . My order was moved from the vista del sol location to Yarbrough . Times were not correct and I requested an appliance dolly which was not marked when they transferred the event . The cashier seems like she didn't know what she was doing . Took almost 30 minutes to check me out with vehicle .

The lady that help us couldn't give us prices until the end, she gave us wrong information and didn't give us the option of one way to drop it off at other location. She was rude when we returned It even I explained that she didn't explain anything and made us paid for extra miles while it was her fault that she didn't explain right.

Clark did not know how to complete reservation and pick up took over 30 mins. Additionally clerk did not know which truck was Available and applicable to pick up. Truck was also dirty and odorous as if it had not been cleaned since last use.

I got charged double. The u haul was not swept, a pipe was found in the front seat, the truck was given to us at a quarter tank. Overall we will not ever rent out a u haul at this location again.

Nikkie was very sympathetic to me during my initial reservation. Thank you. It seemed that everytime she began my reservation, customers walked in. She was Great in handling us all. Max was also very professional when I arrived to pick up. I'm glad I was able to thank Nikkie in person at drop off and happy to have selected your location.

Dropped off auto transport. Person at counter came and took picture of serial number and said that was all I needed. I asked for some proof that I did drop it there. He said I would get an e-mail, he could not give me anything in writing or even give me his name. Well I waited well over 1/2 hour and no e-mail. So I did the drop off my self (like store was closed) thru the internet, it never told me that it was done already so I continued. Got an e-mailed receipt for drop off in less that 5 minutes. Not the best place I have ever dropped stuff off at. Won't go there again!!

comment is about manager at store on Montana where original reservation was done, he was less than helpful I asked to help me find a trailer closer to my side of town "east side" he said he couldn't cuz my trailer was at Dyer store. he said I would have to call around cuz he's trailer at the store was reserved for Saturday so I couldn't have it. so we left with no trailer and no help from this guy. found this store on Yarbrough made a call to traffic and xfer my info to that store got my trailer very disappointed with service at Montana this guy couldn't wait to get us off the store loosing money I was there to pay for a one way rental and he would not help us what is he doing there?.

The pick up location was great! In the other end the drop off location was not as great! They just took the keys from me and said "ok you're good". I ask for a receipt or proof of drop off and they told me "no you're ok, will notify you by email". So we supposed to just take their word for it??. I mean I was expecting more than jus "you're good".

They charge me 30.00 for gas that it was not the same as when I picked up when it was. Next time I will take picture of when I pick & after.

Clerk advised that location did not open until 0930 hours the next day (7/2/17) due to next day being Sunday. Clerk also advised u haul could be returned before 1030 and would not be charged extra day. Upon returning unit on 7/2/17 i received an emailed receipt indicating charge for additional day. When i called and spoke to clerk she denied telling me location opened at 0930 hours on return date and rudely stated that there was nothing she could do to reverse charge. Clerk advised that if i was not happy with service to dispute with customer service. I proceeded to call customer service and initiated complaint for being misled.

This location is a small very poor gas station. Overall They The store employees do not know how to complete the rental paperwork. They did not know anything about trailer and or how to hook it up. The manager at the store who handles this was gone for the day. Even though he supposed to be there for every reservation pick up. Mostly the refused to authorize my military discount after presented all the required paperwork before and at the time of pick up Which was noted in the notes section from U-Haul during the reservation process. I was again forced to call and headquarters office and have an amended. Thank you.

Very bad customer service. Terrible location. Wasn't given a receipt. Told they were waiting on a text from the boss for the charges. Very rude employees. Truck was dirty. Windshield filthy. Will not be using This location. Employee was worried about kick off to a foot ball game. Cursed with another employee. Overall very very disappointed. Price too expensive.
