One of the mirrors were broken, had to ask person to take a picture. Pictures sent to me for my approval of equipment wasn't same pictures they took while I was there. Had to ask them after to take a picture of the mirror. During the trip in 90 plus degree temperatures, the AC would only work and push air through the defroster vents. Couldn't use at times due to making the windows condensate and couldn't see through Literally had to stop several times to go sit in a store or restaurant just to cook off.Troy G.

Trailer wiring pigtail had to be replaced a pigtail was taken from an other trailer so the lights were operational. Also the trailers wheel bearing play was not checked before leaving the rental facility. The hitch had no lube for the ball contact connection between the towing vehicle's ball and the trailer receiverJohnJ M.
Store didn't know how to do rental process. Truck had bump on front bumper. But biggest issue was didn't take fuel properly.MOLLY M.

Location was amazing and very helpful. The app was horrible and inconsistent. After 15 mins into the rental using the app I gave up and went inside. The location was so helpful and made it such a breeze.Nick C.
I chose online pickup. After messing with the app for 10 minutes and not being able to pick up, I called U-Haul and was told that since the location was open, I had to go in. The people in the store seemed almost clueless on how to complete the pickup. So 30 minutes later, I can finally get the keys. But they still marked my pickup time as the original time even though 40 minutes was wasted there. I was 15 minutes bringing back the truck. Then they charge me for a whole additional day. Plus, the gas was less than an 1/8 of a tank short and they charged me for 13 gallons. They also charged me a hold when I picked up, another hold when I dropped off totalling what they think I owe for that extra day and gas and 4 days later, a whole other charge for the two amounts combined came out of my bank while the original two charges are still pending. So now my account is overdrawn. If they had let me do online pickup to begin with, I wouldn't have been 15 minutes late bringing the truck back. I've reached out to U-Haul twice and have not gotten any response. I've rented from U-Haul many times in the past and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I've been charged almost $100 more than I should've and there's an additional $215 still pending in my bank account since they thought doing three separate transactions was necessary since the people at this store have no clue what they're doing.Amber H.
