This location was horrible. They were extremely rude, called my elderly mother and said I was supposed to pick up truck at 9 am and they were going to give it away. I prepaid the entire rents in advance. So it was paid in full for the 5 days. It was extremely stressful as I was in an airplane flying in to pick up the truck for a one way move from pa to FL. I would never use this again.

The truck was absolutely filthy. The cab had spilled coffee everywhere and the steering wheel and seats were sticky and dirty. I wiped the entire cab down with lysol wipes prior to my move.

The drop off box was never shown to me when I pick up truck had to return keys in morning. Truck wasn’t clean at all, cup holders gross. Crumbs on middle seat. Served our purpose but have used uhaul in the past never had a truck so dirty

The owner was very rude and disrespectful. He refused to answer my questions when I returned the truck early. I had used their service previously and had no issues. I was overcharged as well. Won’t be going there again.

I dispute the proposed bill however was NOT given the opportunity to say that when returning the truck. I was promised 2 feee days due to the condition of the truck and I was charged double instead.

Starting mileage was wrong the fuel was wrong put $20 in gas in the truck and travel 29 miles tell me what the problem is with that never again will I rent from U-Haul

Clean cab better. Make sure all dents, scratches, breaks, etc. are marked so customers dont have to take tons of photographs documenting all damage not recorded.

They charged me more than it was mentioned in my booking. My per mile rate was different as given by Uhaul but the location charged different.

Very friendly person when we dropped the truck off. No problems at all with Uhaul....thank you and I will definitely recommend all my friends to you.

charged me for additional fuel after i put in $30.00 and told him. only went 12 miles

For this location i think they should have a uhaul worker instead of a store clerk doing the job of a cashier and a uhaul representative. The employees did a good job helping me but had other tasks to do before answering my questions like cashing people out for store goods so there was a small wait and some confusion for me. Otherwise a positive experience.

I was overcharged. The vehicle was on empty when I got it. I only went 5-6 miles. Put 2 gal gas in and still was charged $68. The vehicle was covered in snow and the storage door was frozen so I only used it 2 hrs. Had to go back the the place and they have us a cup of hot water to throw on the door. Never again
