No issues with pickup location. But, the location I had reserved for did not have the equipment available on the day I reserved it. So, I was forced to drive a couple extra hours to pick up the equipment at a different location than where I reserved it. Very frustrating!RON W.

The truck had been used to haul marijuana so the made the truck stink bad. Not cool. Also the truck was old and felt like driving a death can. Plus I was charged for furniture blankets. Which I never got or asked for 10.00. Which seems to be a little scam you guys got going. I am sure I wasted my time writing this. Good side I got my house moved.Thomas G.

There was zero equipment available in the entire Seattle area. Luckily this little gas station in Cashmere had exactly what I needed. So your system does a great job online finding available equipment, even if I did have to drive 2-1/2 hours to get it.Jeff A.

The cargo compartment had rocks, dirt and other debris. I had to sweep it out prior to loading my furniture and other household goods. I'm glad I took a picture or the odometer and fuel gauge prior to fueling.Scott B.
I didn't have any help hooking up the trailer a 6 x 12 trailer is pretty heavy to hook up by yourself also I had to move another trailer out of the way to get to the one I rentedPeter S.

The smell of tobacco and nicotine in the truck cab was so strong I was nauseous. Stayed the entire 1400 mile trip. Would have thought equipment would be non-smoking by 2021.Mark W.

Reservation appointments do not seem to matter. I had a 7am appointment and nobody at the site knew anything about it and they said they do not have access to the computer. ha! Trailer had a tail light out also. It's not just this site, all Uhaul locations don't seem to care if you had a confirmed reservation or not.Nick W.
I made my reservation almost a month in advance yet I wasn't able to pick up the truck at the location I selected, I had to drive over an hour away to get it. I think they could provide better customer service by making the arrangements to have a truck at the location instead of making the customer do all the work, they charge enough to rent.Ranae G.

Manager was busy with other tasks, so all we were allowed to do was park the trucks. The vehicles were not inspected, nor the furniture pads counted, while we were there. If there had been a discrepancy we would've had no recourse to contest it. While the e-mailed receipts showed what we expected, it would be nice to have that data before we depart the facility.Thomas R.

Trailer had bald tires. Took the trailer home and found 2 of the tires only had about 20 psi instead of 50psi. I put air in the tires but the next morning they were low again. I checked the lug nuts and found 6 that were loose. For 5 days I had to hand pump the tire pressure up to 50. It was a big concern that I would have a flat tire in an area with no cell service and no spare on the trailer. Very bad experience!!!Richard P.

I would like to start by saying the actual pick up and drop off locations were perfectly fine, but my experience with u-haul as a company was absolutely terrible. I made a reservation to pick up an auto transport trailer in ellensburg, and even received confirmation of the ellensburg location. When I showed up to pick up the trailer, they didn't have one and sent me to a location in kittitas. When I got there, they didn't have one either, and gave me the 800 number. I called the 800 number and they told me they tried to call me to tell me this situation the day before(I have zero missed calls from them, so I assume this is a lie) and was informed that the closest trailer to my location was in cashmere, WA. An hour and 15 minutes away from my location. Had U-Haul not screwed this up, I could have been done and home by noon, but instead I was out hauling a vehicle until 6 PM. U-Haul really fucked this up. They not only ruined my day, but my brother in law's as well, as he was driving. This also put extra miles on his truck, cost us extra fuel, and made both of us miss out on plans we had for the day after getting home. I plan to call corporate to talk to them about this. I believe I deserve a refund for this horrible experience. If U-Haul doesn't make this right, I will never use them again. I will even buy my own trailer before using them again.Justin C.

Originally I was supposed to pick up the van at Ballard, WA Uhaul on Saturday Am per my reservation. I got a call Friday at 7PM telling me there were no Uhaul trucks over 10' long in the Puget Sound region. I asked the rep if there was a 15' truck in the Wenatchee, WA area as my son was driving to Seattle to help me move. Fortunately, one 15' truck was available in Cashmere so the day was saved. The rep was very good. I came to learn that most of the Uhaul trucks were sent to CA as everyone is apparently moving out of there.Cyndy J.
U-haul gave us the wrong pickup location!! (not the place I ordered the truck from). We went to the location U-haul gave us; no truck. We went to the location where I ordered the truck; truck was there but the system wouldn't let us pick up from a different location than what was given! We were at 7:30; U-haul rep wasn't due to arrive until 11. We drove to Wenatchee to what we were told was the corporate location with "lots of trucks"; it was a dirt lot. We drove to another U-haul; no truck but at least they called and corrected our rental to the original order location. Drove back there (now 2 hours later!) and our truck was there but the keys weren't. We were given the keys to a different truck and during checkin I had to contest the photos and take new ones. Kicker was at the end when the mileage of the truck we were given didn't match the truck from our order and the system gave me an error. Worst experience with a business ever!! During this time I called the "Help" number twice, was put on hold for 20 minutes, and then the voice mail told me to call back and hung up. Use any other rental company possible.Mark D.

The location was 45 miles from my home. The miles that I was allotted did not take into account the 45 miles that I had to drive the vehicle to my home. There is a Haul location in Chelan (my home) but they did not have the equipment I wanted. Also the pick up location was not able to provide the furniture dolly I had requested on my order.Victor D.

Piss poor customer service provided! Was told I couldn't drop off truck till the supervisor was there at noon. At noon when I dropped the truck off was told the supervisor would be in the following day and that I would t have to worry I would not be charged extra. I stood in a shitty gas station for 2 hours waiting for the owner to arrive so i could rent a truck i had a made an online reservation for. the attendant didn't speak English well and didn't know how to fill out the rental forms, after he called the owner to ask when he would be back, the owner told him to write my name down and just give me a key without any verification at all. after i told the attendant that i needed a contract before i could take the truck he had me wait for 2 hours for the owner to come back from his shopping and dinner. i would have rented a truck from literally any other location but after an hour of waiting all the other places to rent trucks from had closed. this was my worst uhaul rental experience i've ever had.Zackary H.

Don't act like you are doing the customer a favor when renting a vehicle to them. Vehicle needs to be better inspected for wrappers and things left by previous renters. He exaggerated the fuel level to have when returning, resulting in a thirty dollar surchargeRobert B.

Truck was not ready or the manager onsite for the pickup of the truck after doing everything on the phone i was given keys and was told to go find the truck.. after finding which truck it was there was a uhaul trailer infront of the the box truck so i went back inside to let the lady at the gas station know the truck was boxed in and she said i have to pick it up and drag it out the way. I then told her i didn't want to hurt my back moving it and she said neither do i ..so i had to pick it up and move just to get the box truck out of the way.Keith G.

My wiring harness wasn't working so I had no lights on the trailer. I needed to go to another town to find out the problem and the dealer said it was okay to take the trailer along with me. I said no. The dealer should have been more safety conscious. I've used a trailer enough to understand the risks.quana B.

I ordered equipment that U-Haul was unable to supply. I requested an auto transport and two box habd carts. Neither were supplied. I was asked by U-Haul to drive a rental van 140 miles to pick up the auto transport. So I cancelled the transport and will have to make another trip to move my car to my new home.
