This "neighborhood dealer" location is not great. The trucks are left in an unsecured lot with the back doors unlocked and people seem to be using them as shelter. The employees overbooked and gave our reserved truck to another person even though we arrive early for our scheduled pick up. The cab had not been cleaned. There was mud and food wrappers everywhere. The back cargo area had not been swept out and there was a spilled sticky mystery liquid, too. Equipment (two dollies) had been left out in the truck. When we took in the extra dollies and told the employees about the issues, they said it was "fine."ROBERT R.

The strips on the windows were falling off couldn't even lightly touch the gas without it going into the red U-Haul it's self was noisy had a exhuast leak inside the box was dirty the cab was okay but not well maintained would not recommend using this location I would rather goto a actual U-Haul place that has nice trucksNICHOLAS M.

I reserved a 10ft truck in July. The truck was supposed to be ready for me to pick it up at 11am on Friday August 20th. They kept delaying my time. The truck wasn't ready until 7:30pm that night! That delay messed my whole schedule up. I was moving my aunt from Pennsylvania to Georgia. I've never experienced trouble with Uhaul until now. I only was offered a $50 gift card for my inconvenience....and I didn't even receive it! Horrible experience!TONYA J.

Check the equipment before releasing it to the customer. We noticed a burned out headlight that would have caused us trouble driving across the state if not repaired. We had to ask the man to come out to verify the issue. He got it resolved but if we didn't find it ourselves it would not have been fixed.Barbara H.

The clerk spoke poor English. I arrived to pick up the trailer and the clerk was not helpful at all!! He said "trailer out back, have a good day". And that was it! No inspection, no help to hook it up, nothing! Also, the ratchets were both sized with rust. I had to totally saturate them with power blaster to free them up. I rented the U-Haul for 2 days. I told them I did not want insurance but they charged me the 2 days for insurance anyway. When I told them I didn't want it again, they said we charge everyone no matter what for it. No one assisted me in connecting up my equipment. This was the first time I went to this location. Gave me keys to a truck that didn't work in the door so I got in the other truck. Truck started, got 2 miles away. To the Home Depot and turned truck off. Went to turn it on. It wouldn't start. Found out the. Wrong key started the truck and then it would start again. The agents at super 8 are very rude and unprofessional l!!! WILL NEVER EVER GO THERR AGAIN. and still got charged. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I'm filing a claim with my bank!!!GINA H.

When I reserved the truck I was told I owed $0.00 & that I only had to pay x amount (price of truck + gas mileage). When I got there to pick up, I was told there was a $100 deposit for the truck out of the blue. Something I did not bring with me as I was not told about this. This was not something that was in fine print or any emails I had gotten from them either. As I was talking to a friend on the phone, she told me she recently rented one and had to pay NO SECURITY deposit! The truck was clean inside, however, it did sound awful and I feared it was going to break down. I will not choose this location again if I should need a truck to move again.TARA B.

The problem was the truck we signed up for was changed at last moment after I spoke with pick-up site and had move picked up time up. The Uhaul pushed back 45mins,. So we Wasted time on call with Customer service trying to find a better time closer, only to find out the morning of pick-up that truck was ready even earlier than requested .. Uhaul believes their disclaimer manages expectations, but it doesn't... So customers end up frustrated when their plans made weeks ago have to change since Uhaul can't deliver on reservations made even a week in advance. â€œThe expectation is the customers â€œplansâ€, the order and purchased is assumed.â€ It's about delivering the product to customers as Requested on time... Your staff at this location are awful. I rented a truck and needed to keep it extra days. I called the office both times and was told that was fine. The next morning the Pennsylvania State Police knocked on my door accusing me of stealing the truck. Your staff told them I refused to return it. When I took the truck back they said they did not call the police on us. Trooper Bonacci told me personally that the front office called them. She knew it was them because they call for police all of the time. I paid what I owed for the extra days in CASH. Immediately after I left your staff tried to charge my credit card for what I already paid. I will never, ever use U-haul again because of this experience. I will now use Penske and recommend everyone I know do the same.CAROLYN R.

The service was poor,I was charged two times for a truck under someone else name but using my credit credit card,I returned the vehicle one day ahead of my scheduled return day that I paid for and still got changed for an extra day....so I paid for two days I actually never used the truck,worst experience ever but I have used uhaul in the past and never had a problem as such so I will blame it on the location and not uhaul as a wholeNICOLE F.
