The mileage didn't match the odometer which was a huge pain the butt. Nobody showed up to my original 10 am appointment at 3830 Lockwood Dr, Houston, TX 77026 which cost me a lot of time as well. Between the odometer error and the original appointment needing to be rescheduled the day of, I will think twice before considering UHaul as an option for moving.
