The truck reserved for me still had a utility trailer attached which I had to unhook and move along with a dolly, funiture dolly and pads I had to remove from the back. Also, the exhaust came loose a couple hours into the trip resulting in extremely loud exhaust noise in the cabin and outside. The AC quit working when I arrived in Nashville too. I've rented multiple trucks and trailers over the years and this was the worst.

The truck was dirty and the gas tank was almost empty. I had to enter some information more than once at different times, like address and license info. I ordered a dozen moving blankets and none were in the truck. This was not a good experience.

Russell LThis location offered no assistance. The reason for renting this truck was an emergency situation. When we went inside of the store for assistance, like the sign says, the clerk said she had no idea of anything about uhaul. This turned into a 2.5 hour ordeal.
Eric HWell for starters, you can let your customers know that the pickup location CAN AND WILL change with no prior knowledge. Make sure that all the equipment that your customer PAYS FOR is in the damn truck! We paid for furniture blankets and didn't get ANY. Since we had to spend OVER A FREAKING HOUR to get our truck, I didn't care about the blankets. It wasn't worth the headache to call customer service, which is a JOKE btw) to get reimbursed for them. So no, I didn't enjoy my U haul experience.
Michael KThey never sent me the email they were supposed to send me confirming how much gas had to be in the tank when I dropped it off and how the truck should look when dropped off. The lady said a quarter of a tank is all that needs to be in the truck so we dropped it off with a quarter of a tank and then I get charged an additional $84 for not having it where the gas was supposed to be even though I had no way of knowing how much gas to put into the truck. Also when picking up the truck it was the worst experience I have had. The place was gross and took them about an hour to get me the truck. The truck also wasn't cleaned out from the last person hat used it so the back was gross before we used it. (We cleaned it out before packing it and after unloading)

Brian HOwner/operator wasn't very knowledgeable of the system and requirements. Completed the express checkout online and it still took a considerable amount of time to get things in order. Had to hunt the person for the uhaul down, by having his employee call him. Not impressed, not likely to use Uhaul for any future services.

But other then that I pay it and the service was good at both location.

Mike RGreat place except the lady kept trying to talk me into renting from another location because I would be dropping her truck at a location closer to my home and she didn't want to loose her 20' truck. I didn't want to be inconvenienced any more as McAlester location (Consignment Exchange) had already inconvenienced us enough. I had reserved (by phone) originally with Consignment Exchange in McAlester with 9:00 Sat. pickup time. The two ladies at the counter took forever to get to us and when they did we understood why. I am sorry neither one of these ladies need to be representing your company. They both appeared to have problems hearing and understanding what we were telling them. They gave us incorrect information. For drop off, they told us that Heavener and Wilburton sites were both closed down. When we told them we knew they were not. They were so difficult and confusing to deal with that I walked away before they had my credit card information. It is scary to think of what they could have messed up with that information. I will never set foot in that place again. They not only lost my UHaul business that day but also lost the sale of some of their furniture I was considering.

Deborah BIt took us two hours to pick up our uhaul. The online progress was slow it kept trying to charge is for something we didn't want. She had to call for help like 5 times. She was alone with no help. Uhaul needs a better system and better training for their locations.

KENISHA BWhen I picked up the uhaul in Muskogee the uhaul reekes of smoke, had ashes all over in it. I had to wash down the indside before I could take it on the trip to Utah and put an air freshner in it, it was nasty. Then the lady in Muaskogee would not hook up the tow trailer, said I had to do it. The Uhaul in Murry Utah was awesome, they always are!!!

Kim CI was told that extra days would only cost me $20.00 per day. I used the rental 4 extra days. When I turned it in, I was charged extra amounts for insurance. This was not told to me ever and I was only expecting the $20.00 per day. This should have been told me upfront. You should be upfront and honest with people. I assumed the insurance was a one time charge. I will make some calls to an attorney and insurance board to make a legal complaint as your representative was misleading. It's my opinion that I was deceived.

valerie jThe truck rental was actually surprisingly reliable. The storage unit at this location was frustratingly not. The unit itself was in good condition, though there was a lock from a previous tenant left on one of the two doors. No option for auto-pay or online payments. I had to walk in or mail cash or check every month--difficult when I work regular business hours in Tulsa and they offer no extended hours. A lien was placed on the unit every month if I didn't pay by the first of each month--Draconian, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I had to bring in my receipt from the previous month to prove that my account was current every month. The computer system always troubled the employee taking my payment. All-around circle-jerk. Tenants left constantly, leaving their unit doors wide open, allowing cats, squirrels, birds, etc. to get into the adjoining units. And while the employees were capable, they were far from professional or respectable. I'm glad to be finished with this location. Location and facility: B-. Management and personnel: D-.

Clayton LWe rented a tow dolly. I called to make sure my husband could pick it up instead of me and the lady was hateful and said you were suppose to be here at noon. After he picks it up and leaves, one of the past no that holds the ramp in was missing and started dragging the ground. He didn't have time to go back so we just zip tied it together and went on.

Jerry HWhen I picked up the truck my driver and I asked if we could drop the truck off at the location where my storage unit was. The agent told us both that we did not have to bring the truck back to the pick up site but could drop it off at the sight where my storage unit was. We dropped the truck off at 430 pm and then received a call from the agent at the drop off site that we could not do that. I explained that we were told that we could. I was informed that she had spoken with the other agent and he lied and told her that he never made any such statement and in fact he stated that he told us that we had to bring it back to the pick up site. The agent at the drop off site called me a liar and said if the truck was not picked up and taken to the place where we picked it up originally I would have to pay $300. The agent at the pick up site flat out lied and the other agent called me and my driver liars. This is acceptable behavior for any business. I always use UHaul for my moves. Given the behavior of these two agents I may have to rethink this as I have to rent a 26' truck in October. It is a matter of trust and these 2 agents have created an atmosphere of distrust.
