They need to be sure to check the truck back in when it is delivered back. I rented the truck for 4 hours, turned it back in after 3 hours, but they never â€œchecked it back inâ€. This caused my card to get charged over $100 extra for an extended rental. I had to call the location to tell them to check it back in and he told me he never charged me it was uHaul, which I knew. However, it was his responsibility to check it in when received, as I was told by the associate that took the keys back. I was informed that â€œthis isn't a blame gameâ€ and he would contact uHaul to correct the issue. There wouldn't have been an issue if he had checked the truck back in as he was supposed to. I have rented uHaul trucks many times, but always from a large uHaul storage place and never had any issues. I will never rent from a small business again after this experience.Taylor F.
Truck had a120K+ miles, missing mirrors, brakes barely worked cab smelled horrible. Steering was noisy at best sloppy and non-responsive at worst... Truck needs to be hauled off the scrap yard as soon as possibleJohn S.

the business name provided in my reservation does not match the building so took me awhile to find it, it's a mobile gas station, not sunshine LLC or whatever.Alison M.
I dropped off my vehicle and the app stated that it was the correct location and I was successfully checked out. The lockbox for key dropoff was padlocked. The attendant would not take the key from me and stated I was in the wrong location and for me to leave. I still have the key and waiting for assistance from U-Haul.Ryan G.

The truck was great. The location however would not answer the phone. I needed to add only a few extra hours to our rental and was charged for another whole day. This was very disappointing.Brianna A.
Trying to use the website for check in and out was a nightmare. Slow page loading, timing out, unclear instruction. I was surprised for a national brand, and this isn't they first time I've had trouble.Karen A.

Well, for starters, the truck should be there if it's reserved. When people make a reservation, they are depending on that vehicle being there. Totally unsatisfactory. I was able to get a truck through a different location. So that was good. The agents were totally unknowledgeable with the uhaul system. I could go on but I won't. The truck we rented from this location is very clean and well-maintained. The rental process was very fast and efficient. I would highly recommend renting from this location if you're trying to move anything due to the trucks cleanliness and upkeep. Would definitely rent from this place again.Coty R.
The truck I reserved was not available, and I had to go with a smaller truck that would not accommodate all of my belongings. I know have to spend a lot more money to make a second trip to Florida from Tennessee to move the rest of my families belongings. So I will be out about 1,500 extra dollars plus more lost time from work. The truck had no smoking stickers all over it yet the cab smelled strongly of cigarettes and body odor. Well the fuel gauge showed over a quarter of a tank when I dropped it off. So that's some bull charging me that much for the gas. I had to drive 40 miles out of my way just to pick up the truck I had reserved. Since U-Haul takes reservations without having a truck available for there customers. It over all was a very bad experience with u and charging me this extra money when it was over what I was supost to be really pisses me off. So I defintaly would never recommend u or use your company ever again.Kimberly B.

I am extremely disappointed. You changed my locstion at the last minute and it was 5 miles in the opposite direction of where I was going which added mileage to my fee. I wanted the smaller truck but you didnt have the smaller truck at my original location. When I got to the new location the smaller truck was there. Indid all of the online requirments but since you changed my location I had to go in and redo everything I did online. Then I originally ordered a dolly and because of the new location I never got a dolly. I tried to call prior to going to the new location and was out on hold for over 20 minutes then disconnected. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.CAROL R.
The company gived to me 78 miles free. Then charge me $76 car was return on time clean and gas on it. Why extra money. Respect the honest customer please.FERNANDO C.
