I feel like the Uhaul Advertising of a truck for $19.99 is a bate and switch. The $19.99 truck cost us a total of $80+ dollars. They made us fill the tank which cost $20.01. (We got into the truck at pick up with 3/4 of tank of gas). Then you charge us an estimated $29.50 for 50 miles....we maybe did 34 miles total. Very disappointed in Uhaul. I have used this company over the last 30 years, anytime I have moved myself.

My Right trailer tire delaminated 34 miles west of Green River. Spotty cell coverage. Kind of terrifying. Better tire monitoring/maintenance would be an improvement.

I'm very angry after getting our return receipt today. We were charged $15 for a cleaning fee because they had to fold the 4 blankets we used? Wow, absolutely ridiculous! We figured that they would launder them for the next customer. Also, apparently the rental was $5.00/per day & not $5.00 for rental of 6 blankets. The sign clearly doesn't say that & it should as well as communicating that the blanket rental was per day. Thank God I took pictures of the entire outside of the trailer or they may have tried to charge us for the existing damage. This is not the only U-haul location in St George! Do not use this one! Choose another location! Not only did we have the above issues but the owner Brent is kind a jerk & really doesn't care about good customer service.

Person who rented us the trailer did the minimum to assist us. I could list all the ways he was unhelpful but I don't think it's necessary. This is also not an isolated incident. The person who returned the trailer said they rented from him in the past and he was also very unhelpful. He treated us like he was doing us a favor by renting us the trailer. Budget is across the street and we will go there next time.

The seatbelts were stuck under the seats. We had to leave the facility without getting them fixed. It took us 20 minutes the next day in the light to figure out how to get them out from under the seats. Also, we had to add oil because the light came on. So that was an extra charge we should not have had to pay.

Out of the way. Lot small and the attendant told me to back down a small driveway and drop the trailer. As I backed up an employee walked by and instead if helping unhook, just said “unhook it your good to go.” Could have given a helping hand. Lot is very small.

I had to drive from Las Vegas to pick this up. I missed my movers because of that so I stayed up all night to load the truck. Then they charged me extra miles. Bad experience.

I didn't need the hand-truck or blankets, so it was a real pain to haul them around in the truck. They reduced the space available for my stuff, and at the end of loading the truck, they were in the way. I very much would have liked to leave these unwanted items behind. When I rent a truck, I'd like to have access to all of its capacity.

The management was not kind or considerate. The major concerning part was the trailer that was released. One of the tires had considerable wear and little tread (center of the tire had zero tread, slick). I was, quite frankly surprised that it didn't blow on the trip. The drop off location was surprised that it even left the lot with that much lack of tread. This was dangerous and negligent.

U-Haul wanted me to drop my truck off across town so U-Haul could charge me more. This location was closer but U-Haul still charged me 6 dollars more!! I do not recommend U-Haul!!! Thieves

it was a little confusing at first because the app on my phone showed my pickup location as a Las Vegas location and not St. George as I requested. When accessing the website via my computer is showed St. George. Las Vegas is over two hours away so it was very concerning until I made a phone call to verify it was indeed St. George and not Las Vegas. I'm not sure what you can do to change that but it did cause me some temporary stress.

We called to reserve a 15 foot truck and a car dolly. Weren't and paid for the truck and car dolly i have a 2012 Toyota Camry hybrid . We drove home and got the truck loaded we waited to get the car loaded on dolly we were suppose to leave in after noon to start ourMove across the county to North Carolina over 2300 Mike journay .well the car would not fit on the dolly we called and we're told we'd have to wait till Saturday and we'd get a different trailer for the car . So we didn't leave on time and I was suppose to be in North Carolina by wed sober could secure a rental to live in . We go to sunset Uhaul on Saturday as soon as they open and told they have no trailer that will fit and we have to drive the truck and trailer separately . So my husband has not good health and the point of getting a car dollybirctrailercso we can share the driving and get there sooner Bitchface to pay for extra gas and hotels which is what we had to do . We ended up having to drive truck and our tour car across country spending way more on hotels because my husband had to drive alone making it so he had to stop every evening to rest I'm so unhappy with the way this was handled if we'd have known I would have never used Uhaul . We ended up not getting to rent the house we wanted since we were delayed u list 3 days of work and I was charged for the trailer . I haven't received my money back since we didn't take the tow car dolly . This was a horrible cross country move because your employees aren't trained to Know what cars can go on the dollies and what can . A complete mess up on Uhauls end I will never use your company and will be sharing this awful experience with everyone I know .7

Not only is the manager extremely rude, the truck had less than 1/4 tank of fuel when I picked it up so I had to top off the tank and figure out how to drop the truck with the same amount of gas. I would not recommend this UHAUL location at all!

Brent was very unprofessional rude and made it quite clear if it was up to him he wouldn't even rented us the truck. There was no ramp i asked if we could upgrade he said no even though there was some available on the U-haul website through his location. We had to have it back a half hour earlier than the reserved time slot. I asked why he said they close at noon he had someone picking it up at 12:30 so he needed it back by 11:30 so he could leave at noon. He didn't go over anything handed me the keys and said on my way out grab the furniture dolly I needed. Handed me the keys and reiterated to be back at 11:30. I asked where the truck was right out front. After a walk around and 2 wrong trucks I walked back in yes carrying the dolly and asked so where exactly is it oh out to the side up against the wall. Great thanks. Will not ever use Uhaul through them again. I have however used U-haul through Tj Rentals before and the guy walked me through everything I needed and didn't so if I was to use Uhaul again it would be through them. That is a big if after today.

Frustrating when my reservation is complete and completely pre- paid online and STILL had to wait 45 minutes for walk-ins and other people in front of me. The pre-paid system is to speed up the process in the office. It would have taken me 2 additional minutes to complete paperwork if not pre-paid. I see NO advantage to pre-pay and will never do that again! Absolutely NO Covid-19 protocols being asked or followed.

Old trailer, guy hitched it up to my truck, plugged it in and sent me on my way. Never checked the lights, but sent me on my way with no right side taillight. Yep, my wife noticed as I was backing it in to load right after picking it up. I checked connections, but no luck. Never a problem when I pull my boat trailer. Fortunately made the 500+ mile drive without any incidents.

I'll recommend it only because it is one of the only places in this town to rent UHaul from. The equipment was in great shape but the customer service was lacking. The manager was cold and off putting and wouldn't listen to us when we were talking to him. He shrugged off whatever we had to say.

The attendant seemed to do all he could to discourage me from renting. He then asked me to wait half an hour after my scheduled pick-up time so he could "get things checked in." He did go ahead and get me out in 10 minutes. However, I was not properly shown how to use the equipment, and upon return was shown what I had not been taught previously. Customer service and details are not of paramount importance.
