I specifically made the reservation for a location that allowed for mobile pickup. It was changed last minute to this location. When I showed up I was informed that they do not support mobile pickup and that I would have to go in the shop to complete paperwork. I had my one year old with me so this was extra inconvenient. We specifically did not want to deal with a shop. Further, we were picking up a piece of furniture that evening in a small time frame and had I not gone to get the truck when I did, the auto shop (where pickup is done) would have been closed. Just 30 minutes later! The guy was not friendly and did not ask about the equipment we originally reserved so we paid for an extra dolly that we did not need. In addition he tacked on the protection insurance and I specifically declined that in our original order. He did not tell me the total charged so I was shocked to see the amount after leaving. $110 for 4 hours??? I will be calling about a refund for the protection and dolly we didn't have on the original reservation. This is the second time we've had to deal with this location and it's been nothing but negative both times.Hannah T.

I always use the check-in app with U-Haul but for some reason, they wanted to do it themselves. They looked at the trailer, hooked it up, and sent me on my way saying I was good. Apparently there was some very minor damage to a corner near the wheel well that they did not tag or take note of because I was charged for it when returning the trailer; even though I didn't hit anything or cause any damage.Nicholas L.

The windshield was dirty on the inside and the passenger side mirror was cracked in 2 places, both affecting visibility.Adam F.
The location was fine, staff was friendly. Didn't review the contract or note the original gas level but I noted it. I also expected that we would walk to the vehicle to inspect it but that didn't happen. It made me a bit nervous that I would get charged for existing damage so I took pictures. They upgraded from the car dolly to the car trailer which was ok. I got the email of a change to the order but didn't realize that meant a change in pick-up location. That was really inconvenient. Maybe the email should have said change in location instead of change to order.Benjamin R.

I had ordered a trailer 6'X12' trailer the day prior online. When I got to the location, I was told there were not any trailers available. They had a 17' truck, so had to use that instead. Cost me much more money due to miles charged. Disappointed!Alan A.

I think the only issue we had was the way the contract was set up. We were moving our daughter to another state and rented a truck and a trailer to haul her car. We stated that we only wanted the trailer for 1 day and the uhaul for 3 but was told we would have both for all 3 days. We tried to take the trailer back early because we had nowhere to park it and was told that we couldn't do that because it was all in one contract. Soâ€¦.why wasn't there just 2 contracts? Maybe laziness on the person who was booking the reservation. I'm sure it wasn't the fault of either the pick up or drop off location.Charles C.
Quick pick up and drop off but I wish I would have been notified that the 6X12 trailer with a ramp I reserved was not available. I picked up a 5X9 trailer with ramp and could not get the job done that I needed.Roberto P.

Car hauler tires were unevenly worn - way past their life expectancy. Halfway thru the trip on a gas stop we discovered one trailer tire had a large bubble! This indicates the outer tread is completely worn thru and on the verge of a blow out!Jeff M.

Took a half an hour to try to put gas in the tank. Something was wrong with it at every stop. You tried to cancel our order a day and a half before the move even though we reserved a month in advance. Had to use a larger more expensive truck for a small load.Blair B.

Only place that takes back one way 10' trucks it seems. I had to take a one way 10' truck to them twice in 2 weeks. And the chubby guy that is always sitting at the single desk is rude, short with me for no reason other than just grumpy. I'd recommend to go to any other U-Haul in St George if you can. I had to mention that he was chubby because the thin guy finally helped the first time and was very nice.JOHN N.

I was giving great customer service both over the phone and in person. I have no complaints whatsoever and my only suggestion would be a sign telling us where to turn in for drop off. I just got a little confused but that was probably more me than the company. I highly recommend U-Haul. Best move I've made in 67 years.MaryAngela H.

U-Haul charged me for 886 additional miles that were not actually driven by me. This is poor customer service on their part. I have not had any response back on the issue either.Bradley H.
Wasn't exactly thrilled with the customer service while the trailer was being hooked up. Didn't validate that lights were working before I left. The time before I rented from this facility, the tech checked all lights to include flashers, brake and turn signals.Allen J.

The workman asked me upon returning the truck to fill the gas tank to the 3/4 level which was the same as when I picked up the truck . When I reviewed my receipt after dropping off the truck, 3/4 full of gas, I was charged for an additional 2 gallons of gasoline. This seems dishonest.Travis S.
