There are a lot of Red Ants by the trucks, we had absolutely 0 cell service and the process took us over an hour because of that so we had a lot of ant problems in that hour, also the truck was very clean and nice inside but it was horrible on the road. The truck would shake violently after 40 mph and that made for a very stressful and long move that should have only taken 4-5 hours driving time. I appreciate that I didn’t have to worry about getting a truck on a day that wasn’t a holiday and the customer service people I spoke with were absolutely amazing and friendly and so so helpful and quick! Don’t have enough good things to say about them. We will definitely use U-Haul again, we will just have to look for a more popular area where we have better cell service!

This visit was very different from the last. Although it somehow closed at 12 noon on a Saturday, the lot was fairly empty and I was able to pull my trailer in easily. I sure appreciate that. I got it disconnected and out no problems and was happy with my experience.

The man was by himself and I had to do everything myself The sign inside the truck said clean it and get 25.00 dollars back He did not even look at truck and I really took care of the truck Plus no 100 dollar deposit back I am not happy with the ending. Please let me know when I get my 100 deposit back

Can not comment on the drop off location staff as I did an after hours drop off using your U-Haul application. There was an open parking space and the application was easy to use! U-Haul is very easy to do business with!

This place is what I don't like about some Uhaul joints. Small, cramped, and doubles with another business. I even told the guy who was helping me I was wondering how I could get the trailer on top of the others since that was about the only room there was. He had to stop traffic so I could pull it in and that took a couple tries. It was packed with stuff and tough to navigate. Not my cup of tea. The attendant was friendly enough though and I appreciated that.

The workers didn't seem to want to help. My husband waited for awhile. Then, the worker was extremely condescending towards me. If we didn't need the Uhaul so badly, I would have driven to another location. I will never rent from this location again.

This location was friendly. But the cherry on top was it took us Xtra time to get here and the return shop was closed. I called near by shop and a girl named Maddie ran me through what to do. She was very friendly, professional, and helpful. The whole experience was great.

disappointed by the action taken by drop off location charging $16.63 to our card for gas after drop off. when i know the gauge was at same mark as when i picked it up. if not, then it was a little above that mark.

Bad location for us. Only employee didn't give us the time of the day. To get to where I was told to drop off the truck I would have had to get back on a very busy 4 lane road and do a left turn into the dirt lot. There was poor signage and easy to drive by. I will not use this location as a drop off. Certainly not up to U-Haul standards.

This is the second time I've used U-Haul and like the first time I was completely satisfied and happy with every detail. The personnel at both locations were helpful and professional. I will use U-Haul again if I ever get the itch to move, but hopefully I am put for a while.

I am VERY pleased with U-Haul Customer Service. They credited a charge for an extra day's rental because I was unable to return the trailer on a Sunday. U-haul originally charged me about $29 for the extra day, then they gave it back! All it required of me was one call to Customer Service. THANKS U-HAUL! ***** FIVE-STAR RATING

The truck had over 127000 miles on it. The doors were so warped you could stick your fingers outside between the door and seal. took it on a 300 mile trip and it was so noisy we had to yell at each other. When I returned it the guy said that truck was supposed to be only for local rentals...not out of town. Will try budget or penske next time.

Simple and quick drop off!

Walked in, the guy already had my return processed from the number on the trailer as I drove in. I was there maybe 2 minutes start to finish, very easy. Please contact me about my dissatisfaction with u-haul back office operations. The people in the field are great, as I have rated, but the reservation process online and even in person, since it is done online, leaves a lot to be desired.

After being re routed here because the first location wouldnt accept trailers i was told just to go drop the trailer in the lot and they woukd take care of it. Didnt help guide me, unhook it, nothing. I think there could be some liability letting customers do all that themselves.

It closed at 1:00 pm on a Saturday so there was no one to talk to, complain about the condition of the vehicle, etc. Overall very poor service from both neighborhood locations.

Stop telling people that the $14 SafeMove insurance is required by law. Turns out that's not true. 2-mention that you will charge almost double the local gas cost - $14.85 for 3.3 gallons of gas. 3-explain the super-low gear that the truck defaults to every time you start it up but is only really needed on steep hills with heavy loads, neither of which was the case for me. 4- mention that blankets are extra even though they are right there in the truck. 5-6-what is the $1 "environmental fee"? In other words, my 12 hour local move cost $85 not the $29 I was quoted on the phone. This is very poor customer service!!

The trailer was driven in the rain and the trailer had leaked water from the top of the trailer all over the contents.

The guy running it was super rude. told me how inconvenient i was for his. Said it several times. The trailer i rented had a tail light out and was missing a step. This location has several bad review. U-haul should drop it so it's customers go to a respectable location
