Bob hwas billed twice for this rental. Went in with all papperwork was told the first charge was a deposit & would be refunded. She did own up to one error that was fixed but still waiting on refund of said deposit. There is no way a $39 dollar rental should cost you $300 after its all said & done. double billed & run around will be all you get here
Shelley WThe windshield wiper is not properly working,plus the washer fluid has water so when we are in a -20° temperature area the wipers cant remove the dirt and the washer fluid is frozen on the windshield,almost zero visibility because of that and also because of the bad weather.

Mike VThe last renter's receipt was still in the cab. You could see the dirt on the floor from the last renter. I didn't know how to rate the cleanliness of the vehicle. It wasn't bad for the season (winter) but just thought it would have been clean for the next renter.

Christopher HIf you rent a truck or anything else that rent out, if a person rents it for 2 days or more. And then does not need as long as you thought, you should be able to return it and be given a refund for the time not needed. Thank you

Gary MNot impressed with this experience. Dishonest, and misleading. This location tried to take and keep money that wasn't theirs to take. I will not be renting from this location again. I shouldn't have to come back in to the establishment 2 weeks after my rental to get my deposit back. Also improve your connection and network settings. I stood inside for 15 mins waiting for this guy to process the refund.

JASON MIt was closed. No one has still gotten back to me even though i requested a call back. Im being charged for two days even though i dropped the uhaul off on saturday night. This location is garbage

Tony LI mistakenly reserved a van online at a different location, and Sunrise didn't have the same van available. However, I was able to rent a larger cube van which actually worked out far better. They were very accommodating and helpful in fixing my mistake! I have used them several times, and they are by far the best U-haul experience I have ever had.

Teresa S!. Sunrise Do The Vehicle Inspection with Customer Before and After Return. 2. Sunrise Make sure vehicle Fuel is Full Before and tell Customer to bring it Back Full. 3. Sunrise confirm Mileage with Customer before leaving and when returned. 4. Sunrise Warn Customers that the Speedometer is Miles not Kilometers (Could be Dangerous if Not Warned.)
Ron KNot the fault of staff, but equipment was in poor condition. When the back door was opened, it shot upwards so hard that the handle became lodged under the roof. Took fifteen minutes to dislodge it in order for the door to be closed.

JOE SFix the App, this is the most difficult App I have ever used. It took me an hour and ten minutes to pick this vehicle up. And make sure the business is open when you send the rental information. Overall it was a terrible experience but not the business fault, it was U Hauls poor management and poor App that caused the whole herendus ordeal.
