MARK MEasy and quick rental experience
ERIC SI've rented from this establishment several times. The vehicles are clean, well maintained, and there's a plethora of cold drinks and snacks available for your hard move inside! The staff are extremely friendly, value your time as a customer, and are always quick to share a good laugh with you. I highly recommend Sunrise Food and Liquor for your truck rental and other needs. Support your local family owned businesses!

David RI needed a bigger truck. They went above and beyond to accommodate. The workers are very compassionate, and will work with you! Thanks to the gentlemen at the front counter for helping me (can't remember his name). The manager was a blessing as well. They worked together and made sure that I had what I needed :)

SHIRLEY NAwful. I had to wait nearly an hour for the truck to be cleaned and it was still dirty and smelled bad. The truck was checked out to me with a reported 1/4 tank of gas but was closer to 1/8 - with current gas prices the tank costs nearly $300 to fill. I was also charged for an additional dolly that they did not have and I didn't ask for. He said I could retrieve it from another uhaul location but he couldn't remove the charge. Not to mention the shady location at a liquor store with one small uhaul sign in the window, which I didn't see until after about ten minutes of waiting in my car.

Julian PFriendly attendant, location is a liquor store customers have to walk the side of the store (no side walk and muddy) to pick up the vehicle. Uhaul sign not very visible...when I called to confirm, I wad given a different address.

ANA BNeeded better attention to detail and condition. Cost me almost $50 in extra milage getting fixed on trip and 90 minutes. Spent 2hrs on phone with various centers, was told where I returned would credit me. Nothing was done, said had to go to regional Manger, do far nothing done.

CATHERINE CEasy, quick and great customer service. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was U-haul expected me to fill up the tank to the rental before returning. I did not pick up the rental with a full tank so that was unfortunate

RENEE SI reserved a 20 foot truck and was given a 26 footer instead. This was NOT the truck I wanted. I was also charged about $100 more than my reservation stated it would be. I still have not received an appropriate itemized receipt

Natividad EGas was at 1/4 of a tank. I was going 200 miles, and had to fill up before leaving area. Used masks left in van. No dolly inside van, although I requested, and paid for one, on-line, weeks ago. When I brought van back, guy came out and did check, then returned to store, asking me to go get dolly. Told him I left it in the van and he could have brought it with him. Never renting from this location again.

LUIS NDisorganized. I booked online the night before. Got there at 9:30 a.m and they were closed. Delivering order to customer. Then they had canceled my reservation for van, assigning it to a different customer. Took 15 min to fix the booking. Very inefficient and not apologetic.

CHANNA GThe system hates my Hawaii driver's license. FACT: Hawaii is a US State (has been for more than 50 years). WTF, U-Haul? Accept Hawaii driver's licenses! If my friend (a Nevada resident) hadn't been there, there would not have been a rental that day. Fact.

ANYA CUpon my return, I filled my vehicle's tank with gas but the gas gauge did not show this (it showed the tank as only 1/4 full), causing the associates I was returning the vehicle to to initially charge me for not refueling. I had to explain that I HAD filed the tank and one of the associates had to drive the vehicle himself before the gauge went up to full. They also initially charged me for a 2 day rental instead of the 1 because I returned the vehicle an hour and 45 mins late, which is somewhat understandable, but when I first asked where the extra charge was coming from, they were not able to tell me and gave me several incorrect answers before looking it up and removing the charge.
