App/website issues led to extended wait time to check in equipment. Both should not need 5gb+ of memory to take and upload photos for the check in process, as that is how much I had available on my phone when I got the "not enough memory to complete task" errors.
James CThe yard man was helpful telling us where to pull up to so he could disconnect the trailer. The office was packed with customers and I waited in line for a while until Fred asked if anyone was dropping off. He told me he’d email me a receipt but then looked at my paperwork and told me I already had a receipt and could go. Then he walked out the door. So, what confirmation did I have that they received my trailer? Suppose he would have forgotten to enter it as being returned? I had no documentation and they were too busy to give me any. The only way I know that you received the trailer back with receipt of the survey. I can’t say I blame the location as they were really busy and only had the two people and the one yard man working there. There should be system in place for all U-Haul dealers that they at least email a confirmation that something was returned in good condition. Which it was. so possibly I’m giving the drop off location and average rating based on a U-Haul general process. I don’t know. I don’t normally rent one way trailers or trucks. This was a strange experience for me.
